@@TheKaKaNow Yes, they did the refund. And they also know the valid address. I kept the product outside my room. They can easily collect it from there. But, it has been a week and still no one picked it up.
@sumitdam9642 What is it, and what's wrong with it? Sometimes, Coupang is slow (like up to a month depending on how often they work in your area), and you might have to tell them again via phone. Otherwise, they might not want it back but I would double check on that.

Everything should be returned as you found it. They take photos when they deliver so they know if they damaged or if you damaged

Yes. After they take product back. You'll lose out on delivery costs unless it was damaged products

I've never tried because I have money on my coupang. Try profile, settings, customer service
