Hello! I am returning multiple items that came in the same box , but a few have different shipping labels.
One of the labels say this below:
1.Please print the attached return label and adhere it to the outside of the return
parcel
2.Items must be returned in their original package with all of the barcodes attached.
3. This return label may only be used once.
What does it mean by “with all of the barcodes attached? Also do I just print one of the labels , or all?

@@ebonesimpson4443 hi, if all items came in the same box you can return them together, (you will need to select the items) if you receive clothes you can try them only, and if they don’t fit
you can submit a return. use the same label to avoid fees.Return the same way you received the items in their original packaging, this way you won’t have a problem with your return.

And my neighbourhood has a central place where we get packages so can i take the stuff there to be picked up? Hi, I haven’t shipped shein packages with UPS, but I assume it’s the same process. Once your package is ready, you can drop it off.

Your First Return on every order is Free. If you’re returning multiple items from one order you can return them together to avoid additional fees. (Please check below the item return item, a blue box. you can also see what other products you’re able to combine with your return.

@@meganv02 Hi, I have only returned my items the way they were sent to me, I think its best to return it the same way you receive the items in the ziplocks, that way your won’t have a problem with your refund, if you’re unsure which ziplock belongs to which item you can go to the item description and under SKU number you can match the numbers to the ziplock bags.

Hi Brittany! The label is sent to your email address associated with your Shein account, make sure it’s correct. I have also had this happened to me before
I didn’t receive a label, so what I did was I logged in to my Shein Account on the computer to check, and from there I was able to print the label! It should already be there if you submitted a return, I would try that if you don’t receive your label,

Hi, Thanks for your video suggestion, as far as I know from someone that returned via QR code, you should get a QR code on your email, put the items on the polymailer or box, tape the package and take it over to the usps or ups, whichever one you chose when you requested a return and they should take care of the rest, I hope that helps, let me know how it does ✨

Hi! If you were able to combine an order with another order(more products )and you returned them together in one package you shouldn’t be charged for your first order, you would only be charged if you make an additional return after you have sent your first free return.

When I went through the return steps, one of the options was to return it to forever 21 without a label or a box. Another one was UPS store, but no USPS. Is this the new way to return or has it always been this way?

Hi, you can try on the wig and if you don’t seem to like it, and it’s eligible for return, you can return it, but just make sure you return it the same way it was sent to you ( in the original packaging). That way you won’t have any problems with the return and your refund.

Hi, I am in need of returning a couple of items ASAP. Do the items bagged in their designated bags have to be in a box? The only UPS near me is 30 min away but it’s only a mailbox, which means the original box cannot fit. I’m not sure where else I can drop the box as well.
Hi, if the items fit and are light weight you can try to return them in a big poly bag, you can also check if your address is eligible for package pickup, if it is, you can use a box instead, if you decide to do package pickup I would recommend to take a photo of the tracking number. Let me know if you have any other questions.

@@ppambi_who you need to go to the shipping company’s website to check if you are eligible, I think it’s best to return the items the same way you received them, just so you don’t have any problems with your return, but you can contact shein customer service and see what they’ll say.

Hi, your first return is free, you just need to print the label that is provided by Shein and stick it on the polymailer or box (brown box) and then drop it off at the post office. Please watch the whole video for a more in-depth explanation.

Hi, if you selected combined return and it let you select both items, you can use the same label to ship both items together, in one package, you don’t need two separate labels.

How long does it take for you to get your money back because I returned my package on the 11th and it’s now the 20th and I still haven’t gotten my money back. (The money should be going to my Shein wallet)
Hi, according to Shein, refunds will be processed within 7 days after your return package is received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your SHEIN Wallet, as per your request, for SHEIN products, and to the original payment method, for Third-Party Sellers' products.
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process.

Hi, You need to tape the label to the package. USPS and UPS are the shipping services. If you don’t have a printer you can use a family’s or friends printer or you can print it at your local library.

Hi i got some dresses they dont have tags on them and i received two orders in one package now i want to return some items from both orders so can i select the items from both orders together and what about the return label or do i have to pay some amount
@@mahakhaliq7810 Hi, some Shein clothes don’t come with tags, so if that’s the way you received them, it’s okay to submit a return, if you want to return items together with a different order together you can try to do a combined return, you will need to check your order if your able to do that, it will let you select items from other orders, if you can do this you can return them together in one box and you will avoid paying fees and you can use one return label, your first return return is free for any order, I hope this helps (:

What to do when you like a product and just want to chage the size cause it doesn't fit
Hi, if you received your item/items and they don’t fit, you’ll need to return it and request a refund, once you have received your refund, you will have to place another order. You can change the size if you cancel the order first before it has been shipped.

What if one of the items zip lock bags is damaged? I accidentally popped the zipper out, is it alright if a just use tap neatly to seal the top?

Ok so I got this part but my question is they tend to ship the one order (same order) in parts. So am I able to put them all in one box / bag??
Yes, there are many times where they ship the order in different parts, but you can try this, go to the order from where you want to return the items after you click return on the order, scroll all the way down look for “View orders and products that can be combined for return” it’s a blue box. Click on it and it should give you the option to select the items you want to return within the same order. If you don’t see all the items you want to return from that order, then it might be because the items are non eligible for return or you will have to return them separately, I have not done this before because I just noticed it on the Shein app as I was looking in to this, but I would try it next time if I need to make a return,

@@tilusheerr9942 After the order gets shipped in different parts, I noticed each has its own order# individually, if you look in your orders you will see this, If you don’t see all the items you want to return from that order even after you clicked the blue box on the bottom, then it might be because the items are non eligible for return( for example sale items) or you will have to return them separately…

What if the problem is the courier?its very delayed and too long to deliver the item?How did return and refund the payment?
Only thing you can do is to to try to submit the return as soon as you can to avoid delays, after that the company should take care of the rest, payment will be sent to your original payment or shein wallet.

Hi, your first return is free for any order, after you attach the label to the package you can either schedule a package pickup (if available in your location) or you can drop it off at your local post office.

Hi, Do you mean you placed an order and your order was shipped in multiple packages separately? Or did you placed multiple orders separately? Your first return will be free for any order, if you want to return multiple items from one order you need to return them together to avoid additional fees, it will give you the option to select the items that are eligible to return within that order. You can use the same brown box that came with your order, just remove the labels
Only use the label provided by Shein and stick it to the box, once that’s done. You only need to drop it off at your local UPS or USPS. Let me know if you have any other questions (:

Hi, I just noticed a new option on the Shein app, as I was looking into this, try this go to the order from where you want to return the items after you click return on the order, scroll all the way down look for “View orders and products that can be combined for return” it’s a blue box. Click on it and it should give you the option to select the items you want to return within the same order. If you don’t see all the items you want to return from that order, then it might be because the items are non eligible for return or you will have to return them separately, I have not done this before because I just noticed it, but I would try it next time if I need to make a return,

It's been 6-7 days for the refund process, how long will it take to refund? When I click on details and scroll down through the items there is the amount of money and sign which says "complete the return process soon as possible after applying for return"

The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your Shein Wallet, as per your request, for Shein products, and to the original payment method, for Third-Party Sellers' products. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process
Please check the last part of the video which I show how to check your refund.
@@luzesita1597hmm I think you are right, maybe there was some delay. Right now it's 6st day and it's still under process. Before when I refunded it only took 3-4days but now it's so long processing
@@learntofr yeah there are times where it will take a little longer to receive your refund, also check your email associated with your Shein account. you should receive an email from Shein when your refund has been sent. Then check your Shein wallet or your bank account ( which ever payment you selected) If you still haven’t received your refund in a couple days/week contact customer support.

Yes, if your order has already been shipped you’ll need to wait to receive it and then submit a return, if it’s still processing you might be able to cancel that one item before it gets shipped. You can try by going to your orders.

If your payment method was with a credit or debit card sometimes it just takes a couple days to show on your bank statement. Just keep checking. You should get your refund soon.

My question is. When they say the will charge $7.99 for every additional item is this mean i can only return the first one for free and than all the other items I will be charge for ea. One or they mean the whole package with all the items. Thats what confuse me
Yes the first order is free, I agree it is confusing! but to avoid additional fees you will need to return them together on the same box. let’s say you ordered 5 items and you want to return 2 out of the 5 you’ll need to ship both together in the same box. Then if you decide you want to return another item from the same order you will be charged if you ship it separately. you can also do combined shipping, if your order was shipped in different parts but you’ll need to check which items you can select when you submit a return.I hope that makes sense.

If the order has already been shipped you can’t really do anything, the order will be shipped to that address, make sure you put the correct address before you make an order.

I have always print out the label, so that is the way I return my items. If you have any issues with your Return you can contact Customer Service Support within 90 days after your purchase date.
