Yes, the return Label provided by Shein will only work in the usa, unless they changed their policy, are you located in the Usa? I haven’t made any returns via QR but I think I should try it next time, it might be easier to return cause you don’t a printer!

@@NozilaParpiyeva Hi, No I didn’t pay for my return, your first return is free, if it’s the same order and you’re able to ship all 4 items on the same package (combine shipping) you can use one shipping label you shouldn’t have to pay, if you return them separately and it’s the same order you will probably have to pay, I hope that makes sense, let me know if you have any other questions

@@NozilaParpiyeva you’re welcome, if you don’t have a printer you can use a friend’s or family printer or you can go to your local library to print the label, you also have the option to return via QR code which means you don’t need a printer, shein can send you the code and you show it to the postal worker, I think your package has to already be sealed.

@@luzesita1597 hi again, i have another question. Im refunding a very large order so there are a lot of packages with the barcodes and stuff on it. Anyways it all got shuffled up and most of the clothes are in the wrong barcoded packages. Do i need to put the clothes in the matching barcodes or does it not matter as long as all the packages are inside?

Hi, if the items fit and are light weight you can try to return them in a big poly bag, you can also check if your address is eligible for package pickup, if it is, you can use a box instead, if you decide to do package pickup I would recommend to take a photo of the tracking number. @@ppambi_who you need to go to the shipping company’s website to check if you are eligible, I think it’s best to return the items the same way you received them, just so you don’t have any problems with your return, but you can contact shein customer service and see what they’ll say.

@@mahakhaliq7810 Hi, some Shein clothes don’t come with tags, so if that’s the way you received them, it’s okay to submit a return, if you want to return items together with a different order together you can try to do a combined return, you will need to check your order if your able to do that, it will let you select items from other orders, if you can do this you can return them together in one box and you will avoid paying fees and you can use one return label, your first return return is free for any order, I hope this helps (:
