    in the last question of the video, I tried solving it this way, someone validate if this could possibly be the approach.
    SP: 1st______28______2nd
    4 : 3
    28 - 1st : 2nd-28
    by solving above proportion, we get 4 x 2nd + 3 x 1st= 196
    in a way we can say combined SP comes out to be 196( no point in further trying to find individual SP's)
    Given: CP of 2nd= CP of 1st + 3
    hence, Combined CP= 2 x 1st + 3
    now, putting Profit formula
    Given P%= 40% ( of the mixture, i.e., combined profit)
    P% = 40% = (196 - Combined CP)/ Combined CP
    (Combined CP= 2 x 1st + 3)
    After solving, CP comes out to be 1918/28 = 68.5 // Answer to the problem

    . A 10 liter cylinder contains a mixture of water 1 and sugar, the volume of sugar being 15% of total volume. A few liters of the mixture is released and an equal amount of water is added. Then the same amount of the mixture as before is released and replaced with water for a second time. As a result, the sugar content becomes 10% of total volume. I might be wrong but this works for me:
      According to his approach if we have 3 values A------B-----C then the Distance between B & C will be C-B and A& B will be B-C. This is because even if you check it by Alligation Mapping, you'll get it as P2-P (C-B) / P-P1 (B-A) = Q1/Q2 where Q1 & Q2 are Weight ratio, reciprocal of the Distance ratio. Let me know if this is helpful.

    Cost Price = Selling Price - (Profit Percentage * Selling Price) In this case, the selling price is $28/kg, and the profit percentage is 40%. First, convert the profit percentage to a decimal by dividing it by 100. Profit Percentage = 40% = 0.4 Now, use the formula to calculate the cost price: Cost Price = $28 - (0.4 * $28) = $28 - $11.20 = $16.80 Therefore, the cost price of the item. So how is it 20? , this is last question

      Sp=cp + profit..
      So here selling price is given which is 28 and profit % is 40% ..nothing is mentioned so we take the percentage on cost..but in this ques we have to find cost..we apply the % on selling price i.e 28× 40/140= 8 ..8 is the profit..then we have to minus the profit from selling price ..we will get 20 as cost..hope this will help uh😊

Both of them will give negative results ( it's basic math right, small number - big number = negative ), but they're in a fraction, i.e, 40-X / 60-X .
