I feel bad for Bli getting hate for his part (not specifically talking about this video or comment section) 😭 People say that his part "doesn't match the theme" but it's not his fault at all for it. I've been waiting for Waterfall ever since the layout previews so I've basically seen everything being built, and at the time of when Bli built it (in 2.1 which just makes it even more crazy for how good it is) the parts before Bli actually had a lot of city-themed structures. However, since then the whole level has basically been redecorated and only Bli's and Culuc's part have remained untouched. So I feel bad because Bli actually did make his part fit the level however it was out of his control for how the other parts changed. Another thing I'd like to compliment Bli's part on is the optimisation. The whole part only uses 8k objects which is lowkey insane ngl.
bli has always been one of the best creators especially how he optomises things. being able to make a high detail part in a low amount of objects is impressive
most people are saying this is a bad tierlist, but honestly its quite good. bli's part is so low due to not fitting with the level's theming, culuc's part is old, and the rest are very just bland in a way. only thing i'd change is move elmatoswag's part up, i really like it and think it fits the theming quite well.
it doesn't matter that bli's part doesn't look like the other parts it still has the same theme it's just more energetic to fit the music and I think he did an amazing job with it

The level is absolutely cinematic. IMO all parts are so good and qualify-focused, albeit some parts having too much cam effects. Can’t wait to play it (hopefully).

It looks like the creator has rushed it, the effects are too aggressive, as if they fill almost everything, and the structures are quite simple for the quality of this level.
I have realized that, we cannot forget that the collab has high quality parts so parts like Assbreaker that are very good but not the best end up there. I have thought about putting it ahead of Ivashka but Ivashka's part has a clearer bd, in addition to the art of the skull and the way in which it combines all that with a gameplay that is difficult to decorate, which is Neiro's, puts it ahead of the part of Assbreaker. And that's taking into account that Assbreaker's gp wasn't the easiest to decorate either, just by looking at Sauzeth's attempts you can see that he did a great job.@@qwidzitgd
Ivashka part is actually very overrated in my list, it is not dynamic enough, doesn't have that many effects and the red ending is absolutely unfitting (including the skull). Also it doesn't have nearly any red glitched and no flashbacks into the past so its not even close to being the bedt
@@qwidzitgd It's obvious that Ivashka's part isn't the best. Assbreaker's part achieves its effects well. But saturating effects like the second part of Kivvvi also makes the part worse. At most I would put Assbreaker's part 6th and Ivashka's 7th. But not more than that. Because the Inex part is at a higher level, not only achieving a better atmosphere and composition, but also the effects are well placed.
Assbreaker one has perfect theming execution so it should be at least in the top3 since its one of the 3 parts that does it. Inex part tho is way too dark compared to others and not only doesn't fit perfectly, but also doesn't execute the theming that well cuz that part should become much brighter
People are just saying this list is bad just because their favorite creator is low or they glaze culuc and say blis part is bad (someone said its the worst part so i can tell he is a culuc glazer lol) but this is actually an awesome list If you are wondering why Blis wasnt top 1 considering it is the best looking one by a long shot, is that it doesnt fit in well. before it did fit in well since the parts coming before had some city theme but then got changed and blis part was so good to scrap

Kivvi 1st part (amazing design and establishes the vibe perfectly) 5. Konsi (great coloring and amazing design a lilll empty tho) 6. Culuc (1st half before all the effects has good colors which helps it fit the rest of the predrop but the design is verry mid great effects in the 2nd half tho) 7. Assbreaker (last ship is amazing but 1st half is just very uninteresting, climax of the level and nothing is rly happening especially being right after bli where the most is happening) 8. Ivashka (design is just lowkey kinda mid unfortunately and the part is too static esp in the 2nd half. Skull art is peak tho) 9. Kivvi 2nd part (extremely foggy and static. sad bc kivvi is the goat. Its pretty clear he didnt try and this and was just asked to make a 2nd part cause he was the new cherry team poster boy) 10. Elmato (starts off very strong with the first few structures but design falls off completely after that. Colors and structuring are very unintersting and unpolished ground is also mid) I honestly think the first 5 did some of their best work in this level and the rest of the ppl are some of the best creators in the game rn, I just don't think they did well at all. I think it was mostly due to hosting and bad gp bc a lot of the scrapped parts for ivashka and elmato parts were also lacking a lot despite being made by amazing creators. Also I think sauz's ending part with immaxx was sooooo much better I rly like how the red glitchy effects come back feels like it really completes the level. Good vid btw
Bli is def too high here, same about culuc, his part is very old. Assbreaker is one of the best parts since he and konsi are the only ones with perfect theming representation. Kivvi 2nd part should be like 2 spots higher also but except for that your list is pretty good
