i’ve played this game since it came out and i still play it daily. The best tips i can give are don’t show the side missions just use them to grind offscreen, level up your main weapon as much as possible, use one of the warrior bow or light bow, use senu (the bird) to scout all outposts before you pull up so you know what ur working with, and be sure to always loot outposts pick up the loot bags that enemies drop. you’ll need it trust me lol. lastly if you need money or XP go hunting for crocodiles, hippos, lions, or hyenas they give you lots of money and xp

@@black_n5492 i’ve played all the assassins creed’s up and i can honestly say Origins is my favorite. There is literally so much to do from side missions, exploring tombs, fighting gods, and so much more haha. And the DLC is amazing it literally takes you into the land of the dead
This is one of my favourite games for scenery. When I first played it I was in awe just looking around everywhere. I would sometimes just go into deserts taking pictures with the photo mode.
I spent over 300 hours in this game plus expansions. Loved every minute of it. The setting, the gameplay, the graphics, the story..... and the horse that rode so well, which is a rarity in games.
Just completed it myself, the story is amazing and so is Bayek. Alexios and Eivor don’t compare to Bayek in my opinion, his voice actor is amazing and brings a lot of rawness to Bayek as a character, if you are a father like I know you are, you are gonna feel this story…

Dude, odyssey was trash in my opinion and both voice actors I really didn’t like, the female one being slightly better. In Valhalla, it was great because there was no levelling system that affected whether you can where gear or not, the story was ok, but only the male voice actor did well in my opinion in Valhalla. Odyssey balances everything, great story, combat, voice actor, and although grinding is annoying, it never felt tiresome, what are you thoughts??

Don't show the side missions. Use that time to genuinely appreciate that game for what it is and not always feel inclined to say stuff. Just take it all in.

It really is, people just either refuse to believe it or are out right scared because all the purists will say “it’s not AC” or “it’s just an RPG”

Man, I love this Game Egypt feels so alive and makes you feel like you're there, also I wish there was a sequel to bayek😢.
Also you should play castlevania LoS(the second game is pretty bad tho) or the splinter cell series, both have great gameplay and narrative.
To be honest, there is really nothing to continue his story, he gotten his revenge. Don’t get me wrong I would absolutely love a sequel but there is nothing to continue his story, unless his wife gets murdered

I played it through about 3 times. The voice actor for Bayek really brings the character to life
The scenery in odyssey is incredible but in origins its straight up flawless
Still miss this game to this day. It's so amazing to know that I completed a game that's based on my origins. Also getting Isu's armour. :)

I absolutely love this game. I remember starting assassins creed on my channel and seeing hollow announce he was too. Crazy he passed me
On my 3rd playthrough with over 426 hours put in. Bayek, the landscapes and the damn photo mode made me an ancient egyptian photographer! And everytime I see the Mummy or the scorpion king I come right back and play more origins!
They did an excellent job with the game after 125 missions I wish I had 100 more they were very original and the stories catch you highly recommended
My fav AC game. Bayek needs a sequel. He is a very underrated character.
Issue with the levelled missions is that you are required to do other stuff in between main missions. That's an issue for some people but as someone who cant get enough of this game I happily do every quest that pops up. I then avoided the monotonous ''grind'' people talk about at the end and I enjoy the world they've created. The story was amazing in this game and the side quests were just as good.
Would you recommend it? Kinda anxious to play as I'm probably bad at combat
@@akabongwebuthelezi2696 Absolutely I would, the world they created is truly breathtaking and very addictive to wander in, the combat isn't really hard at all it just gets ridiculous when the enemies are too high level they basically one shot you. If you're intrigued by mystery and a great story plus a highly explorable map filled with interesting missions and secrets to be uncovered then I suggest you jump right into it. Its currently free on Game Pass too so no reason not to if you have that.

yeah definitely recommend upgrading gear, doing side quests really help you as you’re aware of. bayak is just such a great character, i often found at times that i could really just feel his anger and frustration in certain moments. just really connected with this guy.

The only thing I dont like is the grinding to level up! While not as bad as oddessy its still a pain! Hope you had great Fathers Day! I would recommend upgrading the hidden blade and breast late for insta-kills and more health (btw some stuff like bronze can only be found in forts or convoys)

@@Oooo-ms9df You have to synchronise a viewpoint to be able to fast travel to it.
Make sure you're out of contact though.

Oooo you have to climb up to the fast travel location and synchronize it, then the fast travel location will be unlocked, this will not help if you are in battle

LOVE this game, the story is really compelling. I know a lot of people think it's grindy and don't like side quests but personally I love the side quests. Most are pretty short and simple and most lend to the main story of the the region you are in and the order member you are tracking. To me the side quests me feel like I am a protector of Egypt and undoing the wrongs of the Order.
I recommend you don't show them but that on your own time, do them all and enjoy the narrative they present before you finish the main quest in the area. I do all side quests in New Game Plus still because they add to the story
if bayek got a sequel he would probably be better than ezio

Level up by opening dlc, you don't need to play it.
Continue with the main game with enemy auto level on.
Combat Will be way more consistent and you get all the skill points in one go.
I played this way and definitely enjoyed my experience.
Remember to turn on enemy auto level or it'll just be too easy.
And if you liked Egypt you'll really enjoy the afterlife areas in curse of the Pharaoh dlc .

Just play the main missions this game is VERYYYYY long and alot of grinding!
Cant play the main missions without being at a high enough level. I would say use the hidden ones dlc to boost to lvl 45 but that takes the fun out of the game.

There is an ability to let you buy crafting materials in shops. And yes don't show side missions use them to truly appreciate the game and the world. Although side missions don't feel like side missions just another day in Bayak's life.
I have been waiting for this next upload omg yesss. Bayek is easily one of my favourite assassin by far and I honestly feel like if it wasn’t for Ezio being Ezio and having that nostalgia factor and all that, Bayek would hands down be number 1 for me
If Brotherhood was the only Ezio game, Bayek would have been better by far.

Don't miss the side quests sometimes side quests could be annoying but most of times side quests are really interesting and sometimes they side quests also gives proper justification to the main missions you should do them .

It's like a seasonal thing for me but the requirement of being the required level and having to grind out filler missions is a bit much. The story is great, Bayek is so fucking awesome but it's just a little issue i have, the game is great though.

Same thing happened to me. I finished Ghost of Tsushima in Jan and then just got bored of everything in my library and disinterested in stuff coming out. I think I went like 3 months without playing anything seriously or finishing anything past a few hours.
Then I played a little gem called Gods Will Fall, that despite mixed reviews, just clicked with me. And then I finished Ashen, started mucking around with AC Odyssey which I got on sale. I eventually bought Origins too and like it a lot better. You gotta be in the zone for it though for sure, with all the side quests and exploring.
I say, just take a break bro. Read a book or try a new hobby. You'll come back to games when you see something that clicks.
@@ClarenceDass yeah the last game that i like GRINDED was AC Odyssey Ultimate edition when it was on sale and everything just went straight out the window 😂 I couldn't even finish the Atlantis DLC, I play guitar but i get a feeling of wanting to play AC Origins but when i realize how much time i have to put in the side quests i just get tired.
@@Celinooo0 I got back into it with a bunch of Rogue lites. Stuff you can play as much as you want, with no pressure to finish. Namely Gods Will Fall, Curse of the Dead Gods and Arboria.

If you hold the right bumper you'll do a special flurry attack and if you hold right trigger you'll do a charged heavy that breaks guard and does massive damage.

One of the best ways to rich up and find good loot is the golden question marks. When you see them you should go to them. Like this so we can make Hollow’s last Ac experience easier for him :(

If you liked Bayek with his long hair you can choose to keep it on the weapon select menu. On my playthrough I kept his long hair myself

Hollow, I have one way to level up incredibly fast although it makes the game very easy combat wise. I believe if you have the season pass for AC Origins you can instantly level up to I think level 45. I personally didn't do it because I wanted to experience the game in full, just a heads up :)
Boosting up to level 40 directly by using the dlc hidden ones would be VERY boring 😴 best way to do side-quests is just doing them off-camera. We will see 👀 what he does then.

Little tips from a guy who beat the game at 100% use one of your horses they are à bit faster then camels :) and for your predator bow earn the skills that allow you to control the arrow when you hold the shot :) have a good playthrought buddy this is the best assassin's creed of the franchise from my point of view ;) bayek for life 😁

in assassins creed 2 you can see there is a statue of aya in Ezio Auditore’s family home ..
there are seven statues of all the legendary assassins and one of them is aya
a small note : after completing the main story do play the Curse Of The pharaoh.. its the most beautiful dlc
the scenery is gorgeous
You can skip the leveling and continue from where you are if you have the gold edition, you can get maxed level and gear. A lot of the side missions have stories to them though and you encounter the npcs several times, I went from not liking the game to beating all side missions and dlc side missions finding tombs and exploring everything, this game is definitely top 3 assassins creed
This game is Mystical, Majestic, Mysterious and the music gives very strong Egyptian vibes. With an essence of Prince of Persia in this. After I played this, This became my favorite AC game till date.
after watching moonknight and learning a little about Egyptian gods some of the reference and Duat callouts are really fun
So. I played this game 4 times already and I can give u this. First before u go into any fort use the eagle so you can locate every single soldier is gonna be easy for u to break that fort then attack. Second update as much of your gear as u can is gonna help u. third, loot all the tombs and dont miss the stelar mission is gonna give u some Isu "gift" wich is worth it!! Fourth upgrate the bow the predator one I think u use it at the beggining of the game taking down the snake so u can headshoot the archers under annonymous mode is gonna help u a lot. Fifth do all the locations because is gonna be easy for u to travel and focus on Isu tombs there are amazing!

If you pay attention you’ll notice bayek limps when he falls from a high distance, until he eventually runs it off.
They made the map true to map of ancient Egypt and added discovery tour. History teachers here used this 8n their classrooms to help teach the subject matter. I thought that was awesome. 🌸☮️🌸🦋

Bro, when I played this, it clicked on me later that Layla 100% wakes up the way she did because she orgasmed from sleeping with Aya as Bayek. It's why she looks really into Aya after she comes out the Animus
to any people wondering if they should jump into this again yes.. i’ve spent 110 hours+ on both odyssey and valhalla and beat them both and this game is just better in so many ways. Story, Stealth, and the Combat was the only combat system since ac4 that actually felt like you weren’t just an rpg character who has to ultra spam when your like 2 levels behind 😂😂 it still can be hard at points but this game did a good job at making that challenge fun instead of tedious like the new games 🙄
the best way to spend your money in this game is to get a Heka chest from Red your guaranteed to get a good weapon that on your level
There are always some quests on your level or below. If you do them one by one there's no problem in leveling up. Try this out, there're intresting and are part of a main story. The hidden ones and the curse of the pharao are DLCs so don't mind them just now
correction. bayek and aya inspire the creation of the hidden ones which is what basim and hytham were apart of which show up in valhalla. Hidden ones eventually morph into the brotherhood. Just as the cult of kosmos from odyseey eventually morph into the order of ancients which then eventually morph into the templars. I suggest playing the hidden ones dlc after its worth it and you play as bayek later on in time when the hidden ones are more of a thing. For the side missions most of them are just side missions but some will introduce characters that will show up near the end and so without playing them and knowing who these people are the cutscenes at the end will feel disjointed a bit.
When going to new locations, dont be lazy and skip fast travel points. Do them all and go to all nearby locations when possible cuz it will help u by giving tiny bits of xp which is good for low lvl players. Look for big treasures in caves and be careful of snakes cuz no matter ur lvl they will get a third of ur hp. Dont sell stuff u dont need very fast, u can collect them all and sell when needed. Do missions for the little guy with the camel(sry i forgot his name), he will give u a chest for every mission cleared. And every 4 or 5 chests is a guaranteed legendary item, be it a weapon, skin or a mount.
All these are little tipps that may help u maybe and happy fathers day to you!
There only one thing that pisses me off about this marathon this is not on hollow btw but he misses out on like 50% of the modern day storyline and nobody tells him like in his ac 1 playthrough there was so much stuff you could explore and learn by reading emails and you could get secret conversations with Lucy also in brotherhood he never left the animus even once I don’t think and in this game the computer has a a lot of cannon info about desmond and even a watch dogs Aiden Pierce cameo and no one ever tells him
