Oily skin is really good you don’t age. That’s what I was told I have a oily skin 😊

That’s not true lol just less fine lines. Our skin will sag more, I hear.
Not true. I've been hearing this myth my whole life. I have oily skin, and don't have as much fine lines as anyone with normal to dry skin, but I have them. The only place you can see them as much is under eyes, which doesn't have oil glands.
I was told the same thing when I was young by my dad, I thought he was just saying to make me feel good because I hated having very oily skin.
Honestly, it seems the foundation is a tad bit darker than your complexion when compared to your bare face, and once it oxidises (which happened pretty fast) it gave the ashy vibe. You look great regardless but a foundation that oxidises that fast is a no no or get a shade or two lighter so it oxidise to your colour.
Yes, I thought the same. It was a bit ashy but after some time it looked fine

Good video. The makeup looks beautiful on you. I purchased ILmakiage too. Initially, I thought it made me look ashy, but I wear it almost every day; it seems natural, like my natural skin. It doesn’t look so Ashy now. I love it! it doesn’t crease, run or anything.👍🏾 I’m reviewing my results soon.

I prefer coffee with red undertone : I've been using Chanel, sometimes Fenty. I've even used foundation by Maybelline 😊
Definitely need to try out a Chanel foundation at some point and I’ve also used Maybelline in the past but it did not agree with my skin
Oh I ordered this too I think the match is excellent foundation is pretty good not into a lot of makeup on my face but this one is super duper awesome foundation eyeliner mascara and I’m ready to go😎😎😎 this foundation last all day keep you look cute 🥰

Just used mines today and I’m your color… I was not impressed with it.. it looked dry and ashy on me and didn’t have enough red in it… my Walmart foundation is far better than this…the concealer I got with it is pretty bomb tho :) REturning asap… I’m not paying big bucks to look ashy/dusty.
🤣🤣 Yeah I got the ashy vibes initially too, but actually mellowed out after a while but it’s def at this point in time not my go to foundation
Hey Zoie, can you do a video about prices in USA vs the prices in Germany? For example on bread, milk, flour, candys and in the restaurants for example dinner. I want to visit the USA soon, I also live in Germany and I am really curious to see how much money I am going to need.
I just wrote those four groceries but you can add whatever you want aswell.
To be honest, you probably want to specify a city. The US is huge and prices differ greatly by city and they differ even more by state.
I have this foundation but I don’t use it often. I’m about to change that! I’m 220 but this 230 also looks very nice.
Another important aspect is how it wears, I'm wondering if it would hold up to a 6-8 hour day? Would your face become oily after a couple hours? Smile lines appearing etc. ?
So after wearing it for the whole day, I still got oily 😅 and had to blot after 1.5 hours (and throughout the whole day). I feel like there is no foundation out there that can really absolve that
Estée Lauder Double wear is incredible for oily skin! I used it in the Bahamas in 90+ degree weather and it keep me matte the entire day. It’s a bit pricey but 100% worth it.
@@ZoieMarie this foundation looks great on you! Have you tried the trick where you “set” your primer with powder and then put on your foundation and set again after? That helped me control oil and not need to blot as often. In addition to that, I make sure my skin is properly hydrated so it doesn’t over produce oil. Hope it helps if you try it😊
I requested red undertone hopefully its not yellow
So I bought it and a few other items..I'll stick to my mac for my foundarion/ concealer..buttttt I love love love all the other items..they should just get rid of their foundation and they will be fine

Could you please let me know what prep and prime is used for. I’m learning about makeup. Also do you use toner, serum and moisturise first?
I use an oil absorbing toner and moisturiser first, then I use a primer which basically smoothes out my skin and preps it for foundation
How did you get on with the toner.? Would love to know your thoughts as I have super ashy skin
I didnnot like mine either it had a redish undertone and made me look offish too
I ended up giving it to my sister, it was just not the right shade come dry down

I honestly think the color is a tad off I’ve soon other videos where they take the test it perfectly matches them
They ask you your undertone in the quiz so Myb send it back so you can get a different undertone

It’s too light
Why not try Fenty Beauty? Surely they have a shade & undertone that matches. Their original formula is matte and works well with oily skin.
The Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint is basically a lighter version of the original formula, so also suited for oily skin. Unlike the actual foundations that have 50+ shades, the skin tint comes in 25 "flexible" shades. But they still match up to your Fenty shade number.
I actually have the blurring skin tint and I did not like it 😔 As well as the foundation, it didn’t leave me with the results I wanted.
@@ZoieMarie Aww...sorry to hear that. I happen to love it. But then again, I use foundation/tint *very* sparingly, and after using moisturizing skincare & sunscreen (on top of having oily skin). I love the powder foundation too. 😍 I have, but haven't tried, the moisturizing foundation yet. Hopefully, they'll make something that suits you soon. Their shade range is awesome 👌🏽.
