He picked out the fabric (antique trucks with pumpkins) and ran it through the machine. Although it is wonky in some places, I love the look on his face when I tell people he helped me make it. ❤

What a thoughtful gift for the mother to be! You’re right, not many of gifts are given to the mom, but to newborn! And she will be able to wear it for a while after giving birth. I remember someone giving me a bath set, which let me tell you, was a much cherished gift! I was fortunate to have belonged to a group of moms that met up every week during school term, called Mothers and Toddlers group. It’s meant for mothers and toddler from infant to 2 years old. It was voluntary, and you paid due of £1.00 every session, it was held at the local church activities room, had various donated toys, and donations would go towards snacks and both hot and cold drinks. Needless to say, great place to hang out with a variety of moms and children, sharing wisdom and tips. In fact, I was very greatful to one mom who suggested I use a mobile hairdresser for my son to get a haircut. He would scream the place down,tried my hairdressers and barber, used bribery with cookies, nothing worked. Funny enough the mobile hairdresser did, we let my son dictate, plus we were in his environment. After the haircut, cleaned up kitchen floor and gave him a quick bath to wash his hair. Anyway, sorry about the novel, but you are so lucky with having your network of sisters and friends!

I've been just using whole chicken in my home. I cut the spine off (cooks a lot faster when flattened out) and any extra fat or skin, store it in a bag in the freezer, and save it until the bag is full. When it is, I make bone broth out of it all and portion out broth for the week and store the rest in the freezer. My husband and I work full time, so this works best for us!
Most syrup especially if it’s real maple syrup says to refrigerate after opening. I found this out a few years ago when I was using it for cookies and left it out until I was standing at the counter drifting out and just picked it up and read the label. 😂
I am very frustrated because the PLAY ALL has been removed from the videos that are put out regularly and not removed from topical videos. Why is that ? I like to press play all and listen to all the videos in the sequence that they are made in?
