Wow same exact feelings, always feel a new Irie vibe, and I was 16 when I found this song on a old cd and now I'm 36 it will always take me back to my Roots
Always the song I go to when my soul is lost. It’s helped me in some of my hardest times. For 25 years, bob moves my soul just as much as the first day I heard his tunes of peace, love, and wisdom. Thank you Bob. One Love!!!
This was on the boxset in the 90s, and it’s 12 minutes of pure-raw passion. I used to listen to it constantly as a younger man, and it is etched into my brain forever- every note and lyric. So perfect.
I wish I could find the box set from the 90’s that had each disc divided into eras of his career. This was the one I loved the most. The early, honest stuff!.
Thank you for this 🙏🏽 reminds me of my dad, he passed away in January due to Covid but bob marley was his favorite. Inspired him to have his own reggae band, called JAM KWEST ♥️💛💚

I listen exclusively to drill, trap, and and an ecclectic mix of random songs from random genres I randomly come across- We're talking 80s japanese city pop, melanesian children's chiors (highly recommend), baroque era harpsicord, whatever. All this to say, don't judge people on their music tastes because you have no idea what they could be into and by acting superior all you do is turn people off of music they could've liked and deny your favorite artist +1 more fan that keeps their music alive 40 years after it first came out.
I love your caption man, really makes me think about our society and how it’s been built up into such a power hungry and how so many people somewhere down deep inside them wants to have some sort of control over things. I guess it’s engrained into our dna somewhere. The people in life that don’t search for that control usually never seem to become any sort of public figure that people look up to. It’s almost like natural selection and the human race is evolving into something that I can’t even begin to think about, the thought of what the world will look like into years to come is haunting.
@@austins.2495 I saw that. Don't know anything about Spotify. Just wanted to help the guy to get the mp3. I kind of try to focus on the positive, opposite from what I read from you now. Take care.
What CD can I get this music? I had in some kind of 4 CD set that I bough like 34 years ago and I lended to my friend and she never returned only this CD from that set and I have long lost this music. I have to find it again.

Reminds me of 8th grade and my new found love of bob Marley. I’m now 32 and I still feel that same energy everytime I hear this…❤

A lot of these songs didn't make it into a studio song. More like free style under a guava tree ;)😅
Still moves me to tears after 30 years listening to this mashup. I think it offers a glimpse at human we all wish we knew within ourselves.
