I haven't had to do any service on my machines, but your videos make me confident when the time comes. Please keep doing this series, all the way though major cylinder/crank/piston replacements would be a great resource for the community
Thank you for watching! I hope you had a great weekend! We plan on adding content throughout the winter. You can always reach out to us if you need anything. Info@SkySportsUSA.et
Good morning and thank you for watching! The 7 spring exhaust has been extremely reliable and I've only had to warranty a handful over the last 3 years. It has a two year warranty so if it does fail you will get a replacement. Using Molykote on the joints and WD-40 after each flight keeps everything moving freely. It's excellent preventative maintenance. I'm happy to answer any questions you have. I can be reached at info@SkySportsUSA.net. -Kyle
Good morning Nik, this is Kyle and thank you for watching. The shrink wrap in combination with the safety cable will keep a broken spring from hitting your prop. The shrink wrap may also damper the sound from the vibration of the motor. I hope this helps. We are always around if you have any more questions.
Hands down my favorite PPG vendor, great videos, and service! The airheads make everything better! Thanks guys! ~ Erik K.
Thank you for the kind words and support!! We appreciate it!! Have a great week! -Kyle

Ohhhhh, I love the idea of this “quick & dirty” series. You take the scary out of turning the wrenches to keep our PPG rigs tuned to fly.
Thank you for watching. That is my goal!! If you have any topics that you would like covered please let me know. Have a great weekend! -Kyle
Airheads! 😁 Appreciate you guys!

Great video. After how many hours should we replace the 3 lower springs?
Thank you for watching! Vittorazi recommends that the springs should be replaced every 50hrs. -Kyle
Are these exhaust pipes still known to crack or has that been addressed?

@@skysportsusa5010would love to see a short or video on where exactly after each flight
@@tango_sierra8608 we can absolutely do that. We wipe down the entire exhaust after each flight. This cleans it and protects it in between flights.
@@skysportsusa5010 I appreciate it
