I was at this show, her little talks are hilarious. She started laughing in the middle of Exist for Love and couldn’t stop. Forgot the lyrics in another song but I forget which one. That’s what she was talking about at the beginning of the video. But that’s what makes her special. Was a great show, I am 65 and have been to more concerts than I can count. AURORA was one of the best artists I have ever seen. Will definitely see her again if she comes back to the US
Wow! That was just magnificent. The talk to the audience was great to hear. I think this is my favourite song off the album and it gets me every time I listen to it. Many of us can relate to it I am sure. When I saw her earlier this year most of the audience were in floods when she performed it, me included. You say this is the first time you heard it? This song was amazing at the Chicago show. She has learned how to get through this song without crying, although this may have been the last NA tour date so it may have been emotional. I was so wrapped up in this song at the show that I didn't notice the rest of the band returning to the stage. She usually takes this time to interact with the audience for the last time before she leaves, and it's so warm, cozy, and loving. I've never experienced anything like her concert.

Not so many reactions of Aurora is highlight every time. But you with your emotions are precious. I hope we see ya soon again and meanwhile you get a little gift. It ´s not much you are worth a lot more.
I saw her in Chicago in November, and unfortunately she was in a bit of a time crunch. Her team told her not to do too many of her little speeches/rants. It was the only slightly disappointing thing about the concert. Other than a lack of Aurora's quirky little talks, the concert was amazing. She talked quite a bit and I was in the VIP soundcheck so I got more time to listen to her speak, but I could sit and listen to Aurora just talk about her thoughts for hours. I'd love to sit down with her for an hour or two and just talk about life.
You don’t have to react to it, but you should watch the version I (or someone else recorded) of her Philly performance. It was her last show of the year, so there was extra emotion hanging in the air that night.
The song is about her older sister Victoria who has a mental condition. Bipolar I think. This hits me every time. Every time. Edit: In the version on the LP they tried to make several takes and she always started to cry so they just had to pick the one that had the least audible crying. Its a wonderful song.
Not that it really matter who it is, but did she ever say that it's about Victoria? I know she said a few times that she sing it for both her sisters, but I think the inspiration for the song is more Miranda than Victoria. She known for years that Victoria is bipolar. It's impossible to hide your darkness to your family when you are. I'm bipolar myself, so I know. Victoria is also very open about it to media, and talk about it often in her blog and podcast. When Aurora released "Conflict Of The Mind" she dedicated it to Miranda on Instagram. In her new book where she credit people and show her gratitude, she wrote "Thank you to my sisters.This all exist because of you. Miranda, may you find your light" Either way, yes the song is wonderful and healing to so many of us.

These "talks" are very special, golden nuggets in her concerts. Most artists will build the concert to end on an up beat high. She finished with this song in Manchester too. I floated out of the concert on a high, full of joy.
I was at this show, her little talks are hilarious. She started laughing in the middle of Exist for Love and couldn’t stop. Forgot the lyrics in another song but I forget which one. That’s what she was talking about at the beginning of the video. But that’s what makes her special. Was a great show, I am 65 and have been to more concerts than I can count. AURORA was one of the best artists I have ever seen. Will definitely see her again if she comes back to the US
Wow! That was just magnificent. The talk to the audience was great to hear. I think this is my favourite song off the album and it gets me every time I listen to it. Many of us can relate to it I am sure. When I saw her earlier this year most of the audience were in floods when she performed it, me included. You say this is the first time you heard it? This song was amazing at the Chicago show. She has learned how to get through this song without crying, although this may have been the last NA tour date so it may have been emotional. I was so wrapped up in this song at the show that I didn't notice the rest of the band returning to the stage. She usually takes this time to interact with the audience for the last time before she leaves, and it's so warm, cozy, and loving. I've never experienced anything like her concert.

I saw her in Chicago in November, and unfortunately she was in a bit of a time crunch. Her team told her not to do too many of her little speeches/rants. It was the only slightly disappointing thing about the concert. Other than a lack of Aurora's quirky little talks, the concert was amazing. She talked quite a bit and I was in the VIP soundcheck so I got more time to listen to her speak, but I could sit and listen to Aurora just talk about her thoughts for hours. I'd love to sit down with her for an hour or two and just talk about life.

You don’t have to react to it, but you should watch the version I (or someone else recorded) of her Philly performance. It was her last show of the year, so there was extra emotion hanging in the air that night.

The song is about her older sister Victoria who has a mental condition. Bipolar I think. This hits me every time. Every time. Edit: In the version on the LP they tried to make several takes and she always started to cry so they just had to pick the one that had the least audible crying. Its a wonderful song.
Not that it really matter who it is, but did she ever say that it's about Victoria?
I know she said a few times that she sing it for both her sisters, but I think the inspiration for the song is more Miranda than Victoria. She known for years that Victoria is bipolar. It's impossible to hide your darkness to your family when you are. I'm bipolar myself, so I know. Victoria is also very open about it to media, and talk about it often in her blog and podcast.
When Aurora released "Conflict Of The Mind" she dedicated it to Miranda on Instagram. In her new book where she credit people and show her gratitude, she wrote "Thank you to my sisters.This all exist because of you. Miranda, may you find your light"
Either way, yes the song is wonderful and healing to so many of us.
