Have you had any problems with the needle hitting the bobbin case? I have already purchased a bobbin case. The same thing started happening again so it is now back in the shop. If they can't figure out what is going wrong might exchange for another machine.
Now that you mention it, I have been needing to take the machine in. It’s starting to sound rough when I run it and I probably should order another bobbin case. I discovered some damage from a broken needle incident.
