I'm obsessed with this show. I read all 5 volumes. You will understand allot, what each character is thinking.

The Eminence in Shadow is great.
I loved this show so much it caused me to go read the visual novels, and next up is the manga. I can't get enough of these characters. Having read the light novel that next season is adapting, I'm even more excited from the trailer than I was previously. I love this series!!!! Really enjoyed your guys reactions to the shows as well--intelligent and funny, and a good excuse for me to rewatch my favorite parts all over again. Keep going strong guys, and see you for season 2!!!

Didnt Sid use a "vampire" attack in the last episode of the 20th season? This was said by Beatrix - we can assume there are vampires in this world? Guessing the Red Moon or "blood moon" will have something to with them appearing in Season 2.

Try to review video essays of people who have watched the entire series. I also watched the 2 anime wins videos on it, and found that they made a lot of insightful and interesting observations throughout their scoring process.

Apparently the second season is going to be from the first half of the third book. It's a refreshing change to not squeeze a whole book into 3 episodes
Does that mean that we might be getting to THAT part as well anime wise soon enough?

Cant complain about the 1st season its so so good and fun I also higjly recommend to read the lightnovel that cover the 1st season.. its volume 1 and 2... in the novel it covers everything...
This will help you to understand more about our MC and other charcters.

Sorry guys as a light novel reader who read all available books not going to ruin anything for you but its not Iris that is all I will say If it's as faithful to the material as season one was it will be awesome that will be my to cents

the first creepy guy is the guard of the tower which tried to kill the queen of vampires but lost and is now just attacking anyone that tried what he did.
the white hair girl is a fox girl and she is one of the 3 leaders of the lawless city. also the black hair guy right before the fox girl is the other leader.
now for the red head im not 100% sure but I believe that's Elizabeth the third leader or Mary. i don't believe its Iris because she doesn't appear in this Volume or the next one either but they could do another Sherry and add content that wasn't in the noval.
either way, I cant wait for season 2 but in the trailer it didn't have anything from volume 4 but I assume it will go into it a little before ending.

Gigguk review was not that good for the most part it felt like he couldn’t accept that he liked this show more than other anime. His video was bad he said he enjoyed the show and that it was worth a watch but no RUclipsr I saw reacting to gigguk said they would give the anime a try based on his positive review. He kept calling it trash and never really praised the show even tho he said he liked it. His review even seemed to copy other reviews from smaller channels that I watched. The title of his video even some jokes and talking point he made I saw them all in other videos months older than his. Gigguk made a 5/10 video but people eat it up because he is big.

The next season is vol. 3 of LN. Anime adaptation is enjoyable, but I think LN and manga are better and way more funny.
Looking forward to the return of some "mid" isekai that we've NEVER heard of lol

Gigguk review is pretty bad.
Some better reviews are mothers basement video on world building and character development. Animan video on why chainsaw man lost to eminence in the shadows. And scambolis reviews video that says why he likes it and compares it to the manga similar to gigguk video but done way better.
