So I tried using sound effects. Let me know how I did 'cause it felt weird using them (maybe there wasn't enough variety). I also changed up the pacing (I rewatched my how to loop video and it was terrible), so is this better? hopefully not too long/short?
As someone who just got into daybreak like a week ago and has been playing ever since (grinding literally everyday no joke), this was super helpful, informative, and entertaining! The editing was great and was super easy to follow. I'm definitely gonna coin terms like the flow of the chase and such now with friends! Although I'm personally not too big on playing mobility killers (Android main), this was good to know in case I need to avoid these killers. I literally had no idea that voidskulk could infect people until now! And although I wont personally use the information to kill survivors often, I think this will definitely come in handy if I ever want to try out a few new killers. (I've been thinking of trying The Possessed soon, so definitely helps!)
for stareater you should place ur stars a few studs away from the vaults so that survivors can't trigger them unless they vault btw sick editing! keep it up also I'd love to see a video about repairing generators in the correct order to prevent getting genlocked bc a lot of survivors tend to genlock themselves
your editing rocks! using sound effects adds a second layer of stimulation for viewers and makes watching way more enjoyable/engaging if you want to vary up the sounds you use for things like "pop-ins" (where an image pops onto screen) or transitions, you could check out the youtuber LearnByLeo who puts sound effect packs in the description of his videos which I used one growth area would be to slightly increase the time you leave descriptions on the screen for, I had to pause or read really fast to understand what the ghost person could do
thanks for the info! I was worried with audio and pacing since I don't use a microphone/voice for my videos If it's pacing that's the main issue then it looks like I'll need a better strategy (one improvement at a time)
Out of all the daybreak videos I've seen, your videos are actually very well made! Honestly speaking, you deserve way more subs and likes as I can see the effort you do in these videos. Very informational guide!
i'm living for your editing style!! it keeps me so engaged as someone that doesn't have the best attention span, and it's super easy to understand! keep it up! :)
As an arisen unforgor, yes, use those tips in the vid. And also. JUST MAKE THEM OVERWHELM!! use vaults all the time. It might take a while but YOU WILL KILL TTJEM. count your loops. Time your locker teleport right (you can silent phase :33)
I kinda rushed Unforgotten's part in editing (as well as Ghost and Voidskulk...) so I guess I'll put some other tips/strategies for Unforgotten! * You can use your teleport cd as a timer (when the cooldown is finished, you should probably finish the chase soon otherwise you're wasting time). * Save your ability for chases (downing forgotten survivors is generally better than 5% gen reduction on 3+ people) * Use your teleport at the start of the game to a survivor, the earlier the first down the better (bonus if they got forgotten).
@@obliqued yep I argee, esp the 3rd, it’s so useful (camp Clearwater is the best to use this!) I do all of these things btw, it works. I can confirm. Unforgor is best at Clearwater, lake view, HAVERHILL. And that’s all. Don’t use them at st Anne’s and shifty. Does not go well Empire is a 50/50.
I know you might ignore this but, I liked the editing and vid may I ask if you can make an intro for assault killers would be helpful to those wanting to play werewolf and more. And also you deserve a like and a new subscriber.
I'll could try to make other intro videos but I'm not really familiar playing assault killers so it may take me awhile to get to it. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion!
i use (on windows laptop): * olive video editor (it's in alpha/beta so probably don't use it) * and audacity (for audio effects, since olive doesn't really have any)
lots of ppl do bad with voidskulk and say shes trash even after her buff, but they always chase instead of doing what tara is actually supposed to do! (Which is genlock) You need to do voidskulk rounds on big maps with 8 people, and it will work for you. Don’t chase people constantly or else people will genrush you because they know when your done you’ll start genlocking.

Adding onto the tip: If you do this, make sure to walk backwards while lunging so the survivor cant just vault back.
the editing is so good omg
