A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.

I have another idea for you. Oil and gas royalties and mineral rights can also be a source of passive income. Mineral rights can be purchased, and most types do not obligate the mineral owner to pay any expenses related to drilling or operating the well. It's more of a long-term, purposeful strategy - not a get rich quick scheme.
Being stingy with your extra money is tolerable, as long as you have a long term plan for it. Especially if you're debt free. Emphasis on debt free, because then only can you start thinking about investments.

I really realised the benefits of investing during this pandemic. My source of income had previously been my job. But I lost my job when the pandemic started and I had to live with the little I had in my savings which really affected my plans.

@Sarah Scott Yes, I can agree to this. It wasn't easy when I started myself. Had some failed attempts in real estate and stock trading, before I ventured into forex which wasn't profitable either. But I had a feeling and determination that forex trading would work out. I had to make lots of research and learn a strategy I believe would work and I started earning little money from it.
What marveled me the most about Alexia Clayton was she wasn't just a forex expert, she was also into stock and other large investments. She is just the one behind my successful investments. As I have been investing with her since then. Now I can successfully go into real estate with the profits I make from my investments with her.

The safest and fastest way to invest/build wealth is by having a diversified investment. If one investment peforms poorly over a certain period, other investments may perform better over that same period reducing the potential losses of your investment portfolio from concentrating all your capital under one type of investment.. this is what i do investing the markets.

However, the following is a main thing I'm sure many would appreciate seeing: You should incorporate talking about investing ETHICALLY.. For instance, the SMP500 index funds you mentioned are cool for earning money, but there are also a lot of companies within that precise index that are terrible for ethics such as promoting oil that does nothing but contribute vastly to the real and dire climate change crisis. By investing in such index fund, you are too supporting those unethical terrible companies within the index fund, and hence you are supporting this broken system and supporting promoting climate change. I urge you to as a well-established youtuber use your influence more for good and not encourage doing so, and rather encourage investing Yes but ETHICAL investing. For instance, investing through other groups of socially responsible index funds! These are real and dire issues we face as a collective.
The only real passive income sources are dividends or high interest savings accounts. Everything else needs a ton of effort to set up and maintain. I really wish all these youtubers would stop using the term passive income, it's just not a thing that really exists.
Sorry, but I stopped at point 1. Renting out a RE implies that either you made an active income before or alternatively someone made it for you. You cannot have passive income unless you did a lot of active income before.

Trading has not been going well for me, l have invested lots of times and failed, l trade on my own and each time I keep losing money

It's not advisable to invest, when you're not yet debt free.

Yes, I can agree to this. It wasn't easy when I started myself. Had some failed attempts in real estate and stock trading, before I ventured into forex which wasn't profitable either. But I had a feeling and determination that forex trading would work out. I had to make lots of research and learn a strategy I believe would work and I started earning little money from it.
What marveled me the most about Alexia Clayton was she wasn't just a forex expert, she was also into stock and other large investments. She is just the one behind my successful investments. As I have been investing with her since then. Now I can successfully go into real estate with the profits I make from my investments with her.

However, the following is a main thing I'm sure many would appreciate seeing: You should incorporate talking about investing ETHICALLY.. For instance, the SMP500 index funds you mentioned are cool for earning money, but there are also a lot of companies within that precise index that are terrible for ethics such as promoting oil that does nothing but contribute vastly to the real and dire climate change crisis. By investing in such index fund, you are too supporting those unethical terrible companies within the index fund, and hence you are supporting this broken system and supporting promoting climate change. I urge you to as a well-established youtuber use your influence more for good and not encourage doing so, and rather encourage investing Yes but ETHICAL investing. For instance, investing through other groups of socially responsible index funds! These are real and dire issues we face as a collective.

The only real passive income sources are dividends or high interest savings accounts. Everything else needs a ton of effort to set up and maintain. I really wish all these youtubers would stop using the term passive income, it's just not a thing that really exists.
