    So helpful! The curly issue I’ve NEVER seen anyone address is working out. How to pull it up, get sweaty, and refresh. My curls are long and thin so I end up in a bun 4 days a week.

    Great video Chloe! I ordered your scrunchies yesterday and I look forward to getting them.
    Would your hair stylist let you video tape her cutting your hair?

    This was very educating Chloe! 👍 1. Could you maybe record your stylist when she is cutting your hair next time? So she can explain how she’s doing it? 2.Would you consider filming how you used to style your hair before you changed that routine? Perhaps some of us are doing it that wrong way and can learn from you. 😊

      It probably wasn't wrong, just didn't give the same results. Everybody's hair is different, you have to experiment with all the different ways or with what you want to try to figure out what's gonna give you results you love

    We have terribly hard water and I started using Malibu’s Hard Water Treatment in the dark bronze packets every once in a while - works like a dream to remove hard water buildup! Follow up with a good conditioner.

  • @meowscutie

    You're so right about not getting consistent results. I've noticed that since I started(which I'm pretty new to this). Which was upsetting the first time it happened(my curls looked exactly how I wanted them one time and the next they didn't really do much) but as I'm continuing my hair is showing more shape on later days(which really wasn't happening in the beginning, my hair would pretty much straighten by day 3)

    Part 2! I followed your links & purchased the Maui Moisture Flaxseed Refresher Spray & the Loreal Elvive Micellar Shampoo! I have Maui Moisture shampoo & conditioner & I love it so I was excited when you recommended the refreshing spray. I also think Manes By Mel's 'seester' Amanda uses the Loreal Elvive Curl line. Recommended by 2 of my fav curlies so I will give it a try. I had been looking for a clarifying shampoo for a minute & had considered it anyways. Thanks for the tips, your curls are bomb girl!💣➿

    Yes, part 2 please! Your so informative. I just started the curly girl method. Any help with products that won’t leave my hair feeling heavy would be helpful. I don’t like putting a lot of products in my hair. Should you always do a conditioner, hair mask and put a leave in conditioner in your hair at every wash?

    My curls will NOT clump! My hair is fine, super dense and a 3C texture. I use the denman brush and finger coil but it’s hard to get clumps all the way to the root.

  • @ceystal

    I would disagree with using a clarifying shampoo for hard water. I would recommend a chelating shampoo as they are specifically designed to remove mineral buildup which is different from product buildup. Manes by Mell has a few videos on mineral buildup and chelating shampoo recommendations

    • @KathleenKC1
      @KathleenKC1 2 года назад

      Yes, you need a chelating shampoo to get rid of hard water buildup. Also you may need to use this on all your hair, not just your scalp.

    • @Frizzandfrillzz
      @Frizzandfrillzz  2 года назад

      @@KathleenKC1 while there are definitely differences and I should have brought up a chelating shampoo as an option, many clarifying shampoos will do a great job with hard water build up as well 💕

    For sure part 2! 🎀
    Could you possibly answer this one also... when I wash and apply my leave-ins, I'll diffuse (which I'm still getting the hang of doing), it still takes a long time to even get 50% dry before work and I'll put it up in a bun while it dries throughout the day and I'll find little fuzzies in my hair that causes the tiny knots 😭🥺 I own satin scrunchies and use those a lot of the time now, but I'll still find the fuzzies. Any suggestions on what to do or why it's happening?? Much love to your channel !! 💖

    • @aleksandralempart8305

    I have a few layers in my hair and it goes down to around my shoulders when it’s wet and I still don’t get any curl/wave definition at the roots. Honestly, I have half a mind to shave it all off and call it a day.

    I would LOVE a deeper dive on frizz especially wet frizz. I’ve been on my journey for 4 years and I can’t get it under control. I try hard hold gels with lots of water and even deep condition religiously.. I’m not very good with denman brush or finger curling. I’m not coronated enough I guess.. 🤦🏻‍♀️ but any extra advice would be awesome! Thanks Chloe! ❤️
