You’re hair is amazing. I’m a 2c/3a curly girl and just found your channel. I’ve watched several of your videos. How do you protect your curls when you sleep? Thank you 😊
I am also a 2c/3a curly. I have seen some use a silk cap at night. I tried it; didn't work. :( I also tried the pineapple on top of my head. That didn't work, either, so I gave up and just do a soft refresh each day.
I was forced to do a big chop! ✂️ I cut it a couple weeks ago. My hair was super long, down to my waist & I hadn't cut it since 2018. I have a bad habit of wanting to put my hair up on top of my head after day 3 & on which led to a lot of breakage. My poor curls were a mess! 😬😟 I am glad I did tho, my curls have sprung up & it looks/feels so much healthier. Love your channel & your curls!
You are stunning. Thank you for this video. My roots are where I have my trouble. I’m always keeping up on my trims to my hair and last time I told her take the heaviness off the top. It has totally helped
Hi 👋 I have one question. When you diffuse do you do it immediately on soaking wet hair after the product is in, or air dry just for a certain amount of time first before you diffuse?
In some other videos she tells you what order to do everything. Leave in conditioner, then curl cream, then finger spirals, then mouse or gel I think. This might go first. Then after all that diffuse. I just started watching her channel and wrote it all down to print out in my bathroom. She has a playlist for new to her channel. I would go there for the video that tells you!
Have you tried the Tineco hair dryer? Supposedly it's a dupe for the dyson and is much cheaper. But I don't trust things unless they're Chloe approved.
Great video. Trying out a different curly salon in a few weeks and hoping I can get something I like more cut wise. I feel I know my stuff but just can't get the curls I'd like. And about putting product at the roots. That's where I get the most frizz so I have to put product there :(
I really need all the help I can get with volume🥲 super glad you made this video & I’ll make sure to keep in mind everything when I style & diffuse & hopefully these help😁🥰
@@Frizzandfrillzz I will thank you curlfriend!🥰 I think for me it’s the way I disperse the product in my hair, I’ll do the bottoms up method you mentioned because I do think I add more product than I need on the top & that weighs my hair down. I always brush my hair before I shower & I look like Mufasa(same hair color too😅) so I shouldn’t have such an issue with getting volume, it’s def there I’m just messing it up😅🥲
As sad as it sounds I haven't been able to grow out my hair from an afro until I was an adult & now I don't know how to take care of it. My hair went from curls to wavey & have no idea how to handle it... Any help?
Thanks for the video!! I am currently doing all of that literally but I still continue flat in the roots, specifically on the sides (because I have a lot of volume on top). I alternate my parting (it is sideways) every day, one day for one side and another day for the other, so that the hair does not get used to only one side. But that part where I do the division is completely flat (approx 1 1/2 inch), I have tried everything, especially when using the diffuser but it continues like this, and my hair has quite a few layers and those are not very long. In my next wash day, I will be aware of the amount of product that I am putting in that part, but the rest I am doing well.
Hi lovely! Have you ever tried pinning that area up during part of your dry time? That may help! You can also try adding a light amount of volume spray at the root for a little more grab along with less product at the root and see how that works for you! 💕
@@Frizzandfrillzz Yes I have tried pinning but it doesn't make a big difference. However, I have not tried a volumizing spray. I'll be trying that technique (along with everything else) haha. Thank you very much ☺️ (I was also looking at the layers, and I think they are a bit long, so in my next cut I will ask to cut them a little more, I want to let the hair grow but really the weight on the sides does not help with the volume).
Hey ya! I have a question. If I skip applying products at the root area, then I lose definition and end up having more frizz there and if I put in products there, then flat roots. So what should I do?
If you look at the Maui moisture line. They have a variety of moisture levels. Seems like you need a lighter level at your roots, so it doesn’t lie flat?
Chloe! I’m not too far from Madison and might be moving there next year…where do I find your girl Emily?! I’ve never had a curly cut before and would love to try it. Thanks for this super helpful vid ❤️
I'm not a curl expert but I would not personally base it on that because when I normally don't put products in my hair, it's normally flat, frizzy, undefined and only last for a day. Also, since curls normally need moisture or protein, depending on hair porosity, you would probably want to base you hair type when it styled with products and then dried because that's when you hair should be at it's fullest potential depending on how you styled and dried it. Hopefully that makes sense.
I would love to see a video of you getting your hair cut!! So we can get a better idea of what the before and after looks like.
Thank you x
Made some changes to my routine today and got loads more volume 🙌
I’m binge watching your videos… I’m having such a hard time with this hair diffusing 😩😩😩

Will you please give us more information on your stylist? I think I can make the drive to Madison if it means accomplishing a cut like yours!

Good! Glad to hear it!
I love plants, I love your hair and I love your tips 💕

Love this! Do you have a video about travel essentials and styling?
She made a video about that right before this one!

Another great video from Ms. Chloe. As far as plants, I am the killer of all things green. Fake plants for me
🤣🤣🤣 I feel that! I was that way and still am with high maintenance plants! Now I need plants that only want water once a week max! 🤣

What is a volumizing spray? Dry shampoo? Hairspray?
You are so helpful ! Thank you

Hey girl I have a question!! Do you base what your hair type is based on when it’s dry with absolutely no products ??
