I would also like to share a case with you doctor.
In today evening a lady patient comes and complained of right temporal throbbing headache today afternoon at 5 o'clock. Headache starts suddenly. Along with headache
- she has nausea
- she has vertigo and not balance her body
- she has difficulty in breathing with uneasiness in chest.
She is hot and thirstless.
I am asking what do you feel after attack of headache?
She says i become irritable when someone disturb me. I feeling anger when someone one called me even my children.
I took rubric
- complete (boger's analysis) vertigo

Two medicine comes

Pulse
Given pulse 30 ( better in open air and thirstless + hot) and asking her to wait in waiting room in my clinic.
After 30 minutes - follow up
- there is no nause
- there is no vertigo
- there is no breathing difficulty
- there is headache but reduce in intensity.
Pt says what you are giving me doctor. Its magic now i can control my self which is difficult 30 minutes before.
