this is crazy accurate. my Neptune is in my 7H squaring my Saturn (conj. my mc) and I've always had a distant relationship with him because he chose work over me. whew
I have the same aspects as you @jah ray !!! I have my aquarius neptune in the 7th house (I'm a Leo rising) and my saturn is conjunct my Mc in aries! Are you using western or sidereal astrology? 🤔
You did a good job in explaining the Saturn-Neptune aspects in the natal chart. I have Saturn conjunct Neptune (both planets in retrograde) in the 10th house. My father died of Alzheimer's disease when I was 8 years old. The only memory I have of him, at four years old, was when he was at the hospital and said he didn't remember me. I was terrified of his words as well as the person he became- literally a shell of his former self. I never had the chance to know my father on a deeper level. The only snippets I get about him are through my mother or photos of him. Everything about my father feels blurry and distant. This message deeply resonated with me!
Neptune conjunct Saturn in the 3rd in natal chart. Father was more like a sibling or a neighbor who visited. Hevcompeted for my Mother’s affection. He had 8 children and we were just a responsibility and did not interact with children. Father was superficial. Very nice to other adults and acted like a martyr growing up as a child. Did not talk or communicated very little almost invisible. He was a Pisces with Pisces Moon no leadership ability as a father tried to escape as much as he could. He was very superficial and acted like a “yes” man and was known to steal air conditioning and other things in work.
Very Accurate. Although my dad was in & out of my life during childhood (mostly out), I didn't begin really getting to know him until I was 43y.o. Also, he's actually very Neptunian: He is a Pisces Sun conjunct Mercury, with Neptune/Jupiter/NN conjunction in 9H (in Scorpio with MC). He was a preacher/pastor around the time I was born. During my childhood, he was a musician and songwriter. He became addicted to drugs. Since getting clean and starting therapy (which he's been in for 20yrs because he likes that it helps keep him grounded), he's been into spirituality & occult studies for many years. He's a published author with one of his books concerning spirituality. And currently, he makes short films, and is also creating a course. 🤔Wow. Thank you for sharing your perspective.💜
I have Saturn in Leo opposition with Neptune in Aquarius and my Father is in my life, it's just that I'm not close with him and don't have a very strong connection emotionally or so on with him, he can be a bit controlling at times and doesn't really discuss his past much, but I do love him and am in touch with him, but I feel as though I am much closer with my mother, probably because she is more extroverted and a dreamer while my father is more introverted, strict, and trys to put pressure on me on how I should live my life. Also how he pretends to be unproblematic but really is passive aggressive and lowkey manipulative too.
Saturn conjunct Neptune, 6th & 7th house. Have seen my father about 6 times in my life. I'm 33. Didn't know any in-depth details about him or his and my mother's relationship until I met my siblings two years ago. I'm new to astrology. It gets so deep. I'm blown away.
Wow wow wow … this absolutely helped a lot! Although my father was around he was not present… my view of him was very Neptunian … i held such a high love vibration for him while he was very elusive .. hes a libra his love life and work were more important than me. This video has really helped me to understand the dynamics of this energy… thank you 🙏🏾
This placement makes so much sense. My Saturn is in retrograde and I think thats why my father and I have a great relationship although he lives in a different state. Growing up he was very strict and my family would tell him to be easy on me but he wasn't ever too harsh and now they still have that view of him even though he's chilled out. If we lived in the same state we'd be a lot closer but i still consider him to be one of my best friends.
Thank you for this video- I have Saturn in Aries square Neptune in Aquarius(an aspect in my chart I have only recently really payed close attention to)and an estranged relationship with my father whom I have been working on forgiving(for my own sake) and healing trauma from childhood abuse- seeing my lived experience in relation to my chart and using it in an integrative way to navigate all of this is so interesting, thanks for the great tips as always💗💞
My pleasure, Cheryl. You're so right - it is so fascinating to see one's lived experience in the chart, but also to see the chart as pointing a way forward in the direction of healing and integration. Thank you for sharing. 💕
I am Gemini ascendant, with Uranus sun and venus in pieces in 9th house, and in 7 house of D9 chart I have Neptune and saturn What does that signify about my married life?? I am totally alone and depressed..
Sun and saturn both conjunct neptune . I don't know my father and my mother refuses to tell me who he was. A medium told me he passed a while ago so he's only around me in spirit .
Do you think this applies to synastric charts as wrll? A person with Neptune in the 10th house in Pisces conj. father's Saturn in Pisces right on his 11th house cusp.
Yes certainly some of these themes would apply as we are dealing with the same archetypes. Synastry helps to clarify the essential energy exchange when two people meet. So if there are Saturn and Neptune interaspects some of the themes outlined would be characteristic of the relationship as a whole. The natal chart itself may describe the individual's inner subjective experience of a parent, while synastry will clarify the nature of the energy exchange. Complementary, but different.
Hi Tara, thank you for making this unique video! this helped me to understand my Saturn inconjunct Neptune aspect in my natal chart. I'm still looking for more information on how to understand that particular aspect. Do you cover inconjunctions in your aspect tutorials that I can purchase?
Saturn in Aquarius, Neptune in Scorpio. My father's moon was conjunct my Venus in Aquarius. My father died of lymphoma in 2010. Mt father worked away from home much of my formative years. I never felt my father seeing me as a value in life. I inherited his anxiety issues in social situations. In the end he felt unworthy because I got an education, he had a 6th grade education. I was deeply affected by his Pluto in Leo creating a t-square in my chart as well as Uranus in Gemini conjunct my moon. My Mother affected me the same way only difference, he was gone, she rejected me. This amounts to being raised by someone like Trump. I'm 3rd generation Venus in Aquarius. Trying to break free from this dynamic in relationships. Uranus in Taurus is welcome. ♑♊♉♒
Found out my dad cheated on my mom before I was born and had had my brother who I never met. He told me about it when I turned 18. Shit always been crazy but after he told me that all the toxic puzzle pieces fell into place
Though any exchange between Saturn and Neptune may have certain similarities, a sextile is an entirely different sort of energy flow from a conjunction.
I am sorry for your loss. The astrology may symbolically describe facets of our life experience and our subjective inner experience with a great accuracy. So Saturn/Neptune may speak to someone's experience of the absence or unavailability of the father (which may happen for any number of reasons). But the idea that someone passes away "because" of an astrological placement in our chart is not at all what is being suggested here.

Okay this was entirely applicable. Scary.

Wtf my father is a preacher too, altough he abused me as an infant. Seen him twice then never again

Obscure, vague and foggy. This was like a million accurate.

Omg: 100% yes to all of this, that's amazing for a generational aspect?!

I am Gemini ascendant, with Uranus sun and venus in pieces in 9th house, and in 7 house of D9 chart I have Neptune and saturn

I have the inconjunct.
Me too and after finding this video I finally understand Saturn inconjunct Neptune! Do you?
My dad’s natal Saturn and Neptune are both conjunct my Pluto, and this was so spot on.
My Neptune sextiles Saturn. I had an absent father.
Love your interpretations. Thank you soooo much. Really made things clearer.🙏🏿❤🙏🏿💯
You're most welcome - glad this helped.
Sun and saturn both conjunct neptune . I don't know my father and my mother refuses to tell me who he was. A medium told me he passed a while ago so he's only around me in spirit .
Same and i found out mine was a relative

Very interesting, especially with the Pluto interaspects. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

So true !
🤯
I have this in sextile, is it similar to conjunction?
Though any exchange between Saturn and Neptune may have certain similarities, a sextile is an entirely different sort of energy flow from a conjunction.
neptune square saturn, seen dad twice the rest is a blurry memory. foster father died
🎯
My father died when I was 5. So no wonder.. This is because my Saturn conjunct Neptune. 😳
I am sorry for your loss.
