1 pound chicken
1 sp Soya sauce
1 sp Vinegar
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tsp Chicken powder
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp chilli garlic sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp soya sauce at last
For rice:
3 sp oil
3 cups rice
Soya
Vinegar
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 cup Forzen vegetable
For noodles:
2 tsp Oil
10 ouns noodles
1 sp soya sauce
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Chicken powder
1/2 cup Vegetable of choice
1/2 black pepper
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
For caremal garlic
2 tsp oil
1 whole garlic thinly sliced
For sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
I made it for my wife and it was soo mouth watering! Thank you for the wonderful dish.

Took 3 hours to make this and turned out delicious..everyone loved it...i did little bit changing added 1 small chopped onion in chicken gravy and added green chilli in tarka..added more spices in noodles and rice..Ruby mam thanks for this delicious recipe ❤❤

i was actually finding a complete recipe of singaporean rice some people make it with dry chicken ,almost everyone make it with simple boiled sphagettis not the fried ones some dont add tarka which you did at the end but Mam this is the first recipe i saw which is the BEST and Complete recipe i was looking for .
