After the engine is stopped how the fuel goes to injector for recircutaion ??does the puncture valve goes back to its orignal position????after stopping
Is umberalla seal provided in large 4 stroke engine... fuel pumps also...please dont mind if my question is funny....and also please upload overhauling of fuel pump..for 4 stroke and 2 stroke marine engines..thank u..

Bro but how does a 7bar control pressure is enough to activate the puncture valve which is already having a pressure of say around 400bar during running when emergency stop is given??
Control air is just actuating the piston of puncture valve which is sorting the fuel back to suction.
It is not acting against the fuel oil pressure.it is just opening a path where the oil will flow back to suction side.

@@MarineEngineeringHub how the circulation of fuel pp will take place in fuel pp in stopped condition, there wil not be enough pressure drop to open the suction valve as the engine is in idle condition??
@@sivarajanradhakrishnan6410 there is enough pressure of around 8-10 bar which will help the circulate the oil inside the fuel injector.
Inside the fuel injector passage is provided which opens when injection is not taking place and closes when injection take place.
During circulation inside the injector needle valve will be in closed condition.

@@MarineEngineeringHub yeah I am clear with the fuel injector recirculation but my doubt is that how the suction valve of the fuel pp will open when the engine is at stop condition?? And I just want to confirm this suction valve is opened by the pressure drop when the plunger is at bottom stroke?? Then how come the fuel will come and goes to the injectors when engine is at stop condition??
@@sivarajanradhakrishnan6410 whenever the engine is stopped. Puncture valve is actuated causing the suction valve of the each fuel pump to push in open condition.
Once the suction valve is opened circulation will take place.

I have a doubt .. when we operate puncture valve by control air then it will work for all the clyinders together or we can close puncture valve of the particular unit 🙂
No it will work for all cylinders whenever it come into operation!!!!
