I’m like kinda fanboying seeing mark having a lot of fun and asking these very different questions to a veteran vocalist. Aborted and Cattle Decapitation is my absolute favorite bands and they both keep getting better.
Known Sven since the early Aborted days and he has ALWAYS had his distinctive sound. Just like you said, even if you don't know the song, you know it's Sven on there. His technique has improved and his range grown, but the core of his sound has remained intact. Tbh the dude's just a gem. Always a nice guy and always kept chasing his passion. Admire that in him and am really glad to see Aborted evolve and really gaining more and omre traction. Well deserved.
