The Biggest Gaming Fraud in History - Elon Musk

  • Elon Musk, despite holding accolades in a variety of industries and projects, has decided that he wants to be perceived as an elite "Pro Gamer" ... Just one problem though... he isn't one.
After inflating his own ego with claims of being one of the worlds best Quake players (as far back as the 1990s) he is now embarrassing himself by fabricating Path of Exile 2 accomplishments, and twisting the authenticity of Diablo 4 speed runs, after becoming a widespread industry joke for the title of Elden Ring.
He may be the worlds richest businessman, but hes certainly one of the worlds most pathetic gamers.

Elon Musk is cuck, grifter and pure idiot. He may have strong psychopathic traits that alowed him to get lots of money and sectarian idiots following his cult, but if you look at his promises he delivered very few. All of them are also work of people who he hired like engineers of Tesla or SpaceX. He dosn't know shit about anything and he's so insecure, he had to have his hair get implants. He's a grown up spoiled child searching constantly for new toys. "Fraud" is big understatement.

    • @mach5406

Musk might legit be as good as he says. I'm slightly older than Elon and we grew up in an era of intense computer gaming, which was a lot harder than it is now. Those skills translate very well to modern games. He may not be as good as myself but I'm pretty sure he has decent gaming abilities. However, being the richest man does mean he can go to the top of pay to play games. This does not make him a fraud as these PTP game require payment for advancement. Another point is that our era was saturated with gaming, we do tend to exaggerate a bit. When I said I clocked Watch & Game's Octopus three times. It might have been two in reality. It was so long ago, I can't remember. I do know that it was at least two. I played that game so much the buttons eventually cracked. Another of my feats was finishing ahead of the AI players in Grid by 40+ seconds after 5 laps on extreme difficulty. This is true but it was only on some of the tracks, not all. So one does have to qualify these statements. So sometimes it's the full truth and other times it's a half truth. But we feel so good about our achievements that even our exaggerations seem a lot less than our accomplishments. 😅

Let's also not forget that Trump, Musk, Bezos and Zuckenberg have a networth more than the poorer half of America.
You've read this right, thse 4 people have more money than 170 million people.
Trump also got away 116 crimes even before running for presidency and got away just by paying money. He also paid less taxes in the USA than to China, he has 114 Chinese trademarks, all of his merch are made in China, and these do not include the ones he has made in his daughter, Ivanka's name. Both of them sold properties overpriced to China and got trademarks from China while Trump was in office. Trump's son-in-law also got 220 billion dollars worth of stock purchases from Saudi-Arabia just around the time Trump was making an arms deal as a president with them.
Also good luck with inflation: tariffs, expulsions of immigrants and monopolies all increase it.
Trump is the puppet of the elite, while Biden actually installed people who launched anti-monopoly lawsuits and he let worker-unions do their things without interfering like previous presidents did. Just saying.

It's not even a matter of skill, it's simply a matter of time.
POE2 and Diablo IV are both extremely grindy games. To get an account to the level and gear that Elon has, you'd have to play for 12 hours a day or more, PER GAME. There's simply not enough hours in the day for Elon to max out his characters unless someone else is doing the grind for him.

    • @Poppa_Capinyoaz

@@Poppa_Capinyoaz I could buy into the idea that he simply owns the companies and pays other people to do stuff for him, giving himself enough time to game as well. He's rich, he can effectively do whatever he wants.
I don't even give a crap that he bought an account / paid someone else to grind up an account. It just looks stupid, however, that he did that then claimed he did everything himself.
A lot of gamers tend to think the endgame content is the best content in a game, but they don't like doing all the grind. Hence why microtransactions are a thing--if they've got enough money they can just pay to get to the endgame content as quick as possible, which is where "whales" come into play. Many games are held up by said whales constantly purchasing content.

Not saying there weren't suspicions back then, just saying they were generally though of as silly at the time.
In the 90s those suspicions were more accepted in the nerd circles, but those nerd circles were also much smaller and incidences of faking gamer cred were much rarer.
Most of our practice in sniffing out fake gamers I would say was done from around 2012 to now, with GamerGate kicking off in 2014 countering the first big openly political push where fake gamers used their fake gamer cred to gain influence in the gaming industry.

I saw a list a while ago and it's gotten worse with each new one to the point of sounding like cringe Mary-Sue self-insert names by teenage fanfic writers.
The older children at least had names like "Griffin", "Saxon", "Damian". But the latest children just have words from videogames or a jumble of letters as "names" (something that would be illegal in Germany, where children can't be named after brand names or items and can't be given embarrassing names that would get them harassed by peers):
      X Æ A-Xii (originally named X Æ A-12, but then "revised")
Exa Dark Sideræl, nicknamed "Y" [the only born female daughter, born by a surrogate mother]

And except for one female-born daughter, all of Elon's children were born male, often as twins or triplets... he uses IVF a lot, you can connect the dots. One of those sons came out as transgender and legally changed her name to Vivian Jenna Wilson at age 18, changing the last name from "Musk" to "Wilson" (the mother's family name) as she wishes to be no longer associated with Elon Musk; which enraged Elon greatly and started his slide into alt-right anti-LGBTQ propaganda conspiracy theories, with Musk claiming "neo-Marxism" and "Communists" allegedly having "taken over schools" and putting ideas about sex changes into children's heads. Musk's image of the genius investor, which made you respect him, was built up with deceptive PR for the exact same reason he fakes being a great video game player. He was always like this, wanting to be worshipped and taking credit for other people's achievements.
With his first two companies back in the 1990s, Elon wanted to emulate Bill Gates. Turns out he had zero talent for programming, but he had great talent for fooling investors. Both of these first companies were bought up by/merged with bigger competitors in the same business which wanted to get rid of competition, only to find that Elon's code was worthless and he had zero management skills.
The second merger resulted in what later became (but, contrary to Elon's claim of being a founder, wasn't yet) PayPal, Elon was made CEO, but another billionaire ghoul (Peter Thiel) got him ousted for imcompentence and had his shares bought out. Elon bought Tesla & SpaceX with that money, failing upwards as always.
With Tesla & SpaceX, Elon wanted to emulate Steve Jobs, as the manager pretending to be a tech wizard by taking center stage in product presentation. But he was so petty that he ousted the original founders of Tesla for ignoring his demands for being the sole face of the company who talks to the press, and made sure that in the court settlement, he won the right to call himself a founder (in spite of being only a later investor).
He is also lying about having Asperger's and about having been bullied as a kid (what actually happened was that he taunted another kid about that kid's just deceased mother, which got him beat up).

SpaceX has had multiple attempts, and they've all blown up (damaging the wildlife reserve surrounding Boca Chica).
Oh, and the NASA contract to get to the Moon was illegitimately given to SpaceX by one female NASA employee who skipped the actual 'committee' step and judged the competitors (SpaceX, Blue Origin, and a third company) herself, thought SpaceX was the best pick despite not having a physical mock-up, then later quit NASA and went to work at SpaceX.
SpaceX is also *massively* behind schedule, not having been able to do anything they've promised NASA since all their rockets keep exploding.
