This seems like a good modeling technique for exteriors, but with interior scenes, I would be concerned with light leaks as the walls are not joined together. If their is a gap between the walls, light will leak into the interior which will show in the render.
Yes it's an exterior modeling technique. But if you snap correctly and attach if necessary then no light leaks will be seen. Snapping is the key.

Sir which modeling is best box modelling or spline?
Both are best. But depends upon person to person, which is convenient according to them. If you ask me I suggest box modelling.
