    Its important to go back to what the imaams said about these individuals to get their perspective, as they understood the objectives of the Shari'ah best.
    You will certainly find that Albaani, Uthaymeen and Ibn Baz, although critical of Qutb and perhaps Mawdudi in their errors, they had a balanced view on their works and efforts for Islam overall.
    Their statements can be found translated on RUclips.
    Barakallahu feekum.

    • @fahaamfrrr
      @fahaamfrrr 6 месяцев назад +1

      sayyid qutb was a misguided innovator. he had issues in aqeedah itself. shaykh rabee' wrote a whole book in refutation of him. and the scholars praised this book. shaykh ibn uthaymeen said he hadnt read the books of sayyid qutb properly, he had only read a little in his youthful years. he also said that what shaykh rabee' wrote regarding qutb was enough. shaykh ibn baz also refuted the claims of sayyid qutb, where he misinterpreted the ayah about ascension, and mocked prophet Musa as. the shaykh said mockery of the prophets is apostasy on its own. all u have to do is read the statements of qutb in his own books to find the clear statements of kufr and bid'ah. he was an innovator who has been refuted by the ulema over n over. maududi was the same.

    What I learned that Abul A'la al-Maududi (غفر الله له) proposed (according to his logical reasoning) “Allah created the world therefore Allah’s rule must rule the world,”denying existence of other religions right to exist, he proposed “Ubudiyyah” (العبودية) means “establishment of governance of Allah” (by law of Al-Quran)” is the “greatest worship” He proposed Regular salat, zakat, fasting, hajj etc. are used as a “tool” (or training) to achieve the “greatest worship”. He advocated Muslim both men and woman should engage into “conventional politics” in a country they live to achieve “greatest worship”he called it as إقامة الدين (establishing the deen) He divided the “religion of Allah” into two types (1) إقامة الدين (Iqamatu ad-deen) (2) ‎خدمة الاسلام khidmatul Islam. So he technically recognized roles of المُفَسِّر and المُحَدِّث and الفقيه as contributory to only for “Khidmatul Islam” but not for establishing “iqamatu ad-deen”.

      A hadis regarding the chronological succession from the prophet till the Mahdi:
      Ahmad narrated from Huzaifa Radiallahu anhu that the Prophet Peace be upon him said: "Prophethood will remain among you as long as Allah wills, then Allah will raise it when He wills. Then there will be a khilafah upon the way of Prophethood, and it will be as long as Allah wills, then Allah will raise it when He wills. Then there will be a harsh kingdom [mulkan 'adhdhan], and it will be for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will raise it when He wills. Then there will be a tyrannical kingdom [mulkan jabriyyan], and it will be for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will raise it when He wills. Then there will be a khilafah upon the way of Prophethood." Then he was silent." (Masnad Ahmad)
      Let's focus on this event:
      1.The first 30 years of the four Khalifas were the Khelafa upon the way of the prophethood i.e. Khelafa Ala minhajul Nabuwa
      2.After that upto 132 hizri the Umayad Khelafa
      3.After that upto 656 Hizri the Abbasid Khelafa
      4.After that Mughul Empire, Turki empire, Ashraf empire in the magreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia)
      5.Current ruling system with many countries and many Khalifa are mulkan jabriyyan and after that again we will have Khelafa upon the way of the prophethood i.e., Khelafa Ala minhajul Nabuwa i.e., Al-Mahdi and then Jesus (Peace be upon him).

    Salam Sheikh, isn't Islam a complete way of life? Political islam is part of islam as well. But yes I agree that the way it is being implemented by some people is incorrectly. And I agree that it is not fardh on the layman. But we can't discard political islam from islam as islam is a complete code of life.

    if revolt is haram than Husayn (R) either did not know the sunnah or deliberately disobeyed God and His Messenger, which is totally absurd. No one needs to expose this “brother”, he exposes himself on a daily basis

    • @fahaamfrrr
      @fahaamfrrr 6 месяцев назад +4

      i suggest u actually do some research and not talk out of desires. youre the one 'exposing' urself for being ignorant. imam husayn made ijtihad. if one errs in his ijtihad then he is not sinful, rather he gets 1 reward, and the one who is correct in his ijtihad gets 2. there are numerous clear ahadith where the Prophet ﷺ forbade rebellion against a corrupt ruler. this is why the virtuous sahabah and ppl of knowledge themselves tried to prevent imam Husayn from leaving Makkah and travelling to Iraq. from them were: ibn 'Abbas (his uncle), Muhammad Ibn Al-Hanafiyyah (his own brother), Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar, Abdullah Ibn ‘Amr, Jabir Ibn Abdillah, Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri, Abu Wāqid Al-Laythi, Al-Miswar Ibn Makhramah, and others (may Allah be pleased with all of them). The major companions of the Prophet ﷺ tried to stop him, ibn 'Abbas (ra) even cried, as they knew that him travelling to Iraq would result in tragedy. but as it was ijtihad on Imam Husayn's part, he made the decision based on his understanding.
      Shaykhul-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله stated:
      “For this reason, when Al-Husayn intended to go out to join the people of Iraq after they had written to him many letters (inviting him). The virtuous of the people of knowledge and religion advised him, such as: Ibn ‘Umar, Ibn ‘Abbās, Abu Bakr Ibn Abdir-Rahmān Ibn Al-Hārith Ibn Hishām that he must not go out (to join those who seek revolt in Kufah). They were almost sure that he would be killed to the extent that one of them said to him: ‘I entrust you to care of Allah and his safety from being murdered.’ Another said to him: ‘Were it not for the intercession, I would have definitely held you back and prevented you from going out to Iraq.’ So they all intended by this to give him sincere advice and counsel, seeking benefit for him and for the Muslims. Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ) command with rectification, not corruption. However, one’s opinion can sometimes be correct and sometimes incorrect. And the affairs turned out to be as they had said. And there was no benefit in the revolt, neither for the Religion and nor in the worldly affairs.” (Minhāj As-Sunnah, 4/530)

      @@fahaamfrrrregarding isthihad it is for Khalifa. You are saying Hussein Ali Salam should be a silent observer, in front of his eyes banu umeya destroy Deen.
      It is banu umeya who changed khilafat to mulkiyat.

    • @fahaamfrrr
      @fahaamfrrr 6 месяцев назад +2

      @@akramzaki2644 ijtihad is for the khalifa? what?? ijtihad is for the virtuous people of knowledge. the khulafah were included but ijtihad isnt restricted to them only. it is known by ahlus-sunnah, and mentioned by the early scholars, that imam husayn made ijtihad. and he was warned by the sahabah themselves, and they were right. u can literally see that from what happened. imam husayn going to iraq brought nothing but bloodshed and fitan. it led to his unjust and oppressive murder. rebelling against an oppressive and tyrant ruler isnt allowed by consensus. its not abt being a "silent observer", its abt what the Prophet ﷺ commanded us with.
