Multiple ways: 1. Find people who have skills you don't so you have a wide variety of skillset as a team hence can handle issues in multiple domains like design, finance, public speaking etc. 2. Make sure you are all on the same page regarding what you want out of the project/competition/business. 3. Thanks for your reply😀 one more advice I want is that how can I improve my communication skills like in some situations I don't even know what to say and sometimes I just get stuck during communicating to others, but the problem is mainly when in communicate in English or while talking verbally relatively less while texting, while talking I even forgot basic words in English.
