When when I first saw skate gameplay from ign back in 07, this gameplay is what the original skate looked liked to me. This looks good af

Honestly one of the harder skate games I’ve played, compared to skater xl, skate, this game is a little exaggerated with the physics of some tricks and especially the slides and grinds but, over all if you skate you’ll have a better handle and idea of the motion to achieve the tricks you want, it’s challenging I like it more than easy buttons, this forces people to understand timing and really get into practicing or skating
Valid points, but the flip trick animations feel as generic as tony hawk games & yet the controls may be challenging, I don't understand what kind of 'realism' it adds when the trick movement can be so plain. There shoulda also been a option to make it easier like skate 3. They know that's what everyone wanted.

I've got this game ages ago. I really hope they introduce a proper "Skate" control scheme, because I don't like the complex learning curve this game has, but I've also always hated the arcadey feel of Pro Skater. Skate has always felt right, and Session feels like a great game that could strike in the middle. Still crossing my fingers.

They wiggle like that if you loosen them in the game. I just bought it and THANKFULLY mine don’t do that lol. Looks like he’s about to fall off at any moment.

This game looks cool, but I notice its like very technical and its always on flat land, and people just go back and forth trying stuff on the same spot. Are there any crazy downhill areas like in Skate 3? Or is it all just very realistic streets and that's it?

Can’t really compare the 2. 1 is trying to simulate real life skate boarding while the other is more of a wild but unrealistic game. I love playing this game when I’m playing by myself but skate 3 was fun as hell when playing with friends.

I don’t understand how it’s realistic that you can’t turn while set up for your trick. No one skates like that. You should be able to turn while also ready to ollie.

I know I'm late, and you've probably figured it out by now....but just in case - Flick the other stick opposite direction. Pretend you're holding down to ollie/nollie during grind, then flick opposite to pop/trick out.

The controls are way too hard.. they could make it like skate & things would drastically be better. Since everything else is kinda mid i feel that would make up for it.
