      I've been here since his first few hundred subscribers... This man was always destined for these stakes. He thinks on a level no other cash game RUclipsr thinks. The insights in each of his videos are incredibly valuable.
      I hadn't seen this hand live, wish I had to then see this video and hear his "why" and compare it to what I thought of the time!
      One of his best played hands I've seen!

    This went from being my favorite vlog because of the drone shots (which I miss) and the music, to you being my favorite player to watch.
    Mind you, I've been watching poker since 2002, and for me you are up there with Dwan, Gman, Tan Xuan, Elton etc when it comes to entertainment. Absolutely love it. I hope to see you one day playing with the Triton guys, you would fit right in.
    Good examples why are the 87s and 66 hands. With 87 in that spot a lot of us simpletons would just x/c turn and fold river if missed. Same with 66. But your thought process makes so much sense, it's actually easy when you talk about if, but not everybody has the balls to go for it.
    10/10

    • @hymnofashes
      @hymnofashes Год назад +1

      I lack the balls, but in addition to that, the guys at my $3/$5 cap game are not going to fold to the turn 3-bet, but I bet they would if they had 50k in front of them instead of 500.

    I NEED AN ADVICE. Hi, I just played online poker one on one at Texas Holdem no limit. My opponent was always rising and over rising each time, no matter the cards that he had. Even if I had QQ on pre flop and K 8 8 on the flop, i finished by let go. I began the game with 50 $. I followed 3 times, I won once of those, I let go the rest of time. I finished with 0. What would be your advice before such an agressive player ? Thanks.

    • @honeriley
      @honeriley Год назад +1

      Your opponent was probably playing well. Heads up play is completely different from e.g. full ring and its good to play aggressively. If you enjoy poker and want to be better, you could watch videos on heads up play, read books, do an online course etc. As for actual play, don't play cash games for a while. You'll likely lose for a long time. Play low stakes heads up sit n go tournaments. You'll lose your money more slowly and have more fun.
