3.50! Parking now is probably around $20 in that area for games. I love seeing the seats in this video. They were sparkling blue, most had never been sat in.

I grew up going to the metrodome and, quite honestly, it sucked. The glaring fluorescent lights, the uncomfortable, tiny seats… and whose idea was it to build an inflated dome in a city that gets tons of snowfall each year? The dome was always collapsing and having to be cleaned off. US bank stadium isn’t perfect but it makes more sense architecturally than the freaking Metrodome. I know there’s a lot of nostalgia that surrounds it though, especially from when the Twins won the World Series.

I went to the metrodome one time .I remember going to Minnesota to tour Minneapolis but was better football stadium then baseball of stadium I remember not much leg space between seats .The only thing that was good is if the game was held outside it would postponed because of rain and coming from Chicago the White sox lost I think 15-2 to the Twins .

how times have changed? everyone in this video said the metrodome was the most amazing stadium they’d been in. later in its life the metrodome was always said to be an eyesore and outdated.

In the last few years I've found that I sort of miss the ol' Metrodome. They say you don't know what you have until it's gone, and I find I remember the Thunderdome of the late 80s and early 90s with more fondness now than I thought I might.

@@katherineberger6329 i miss it too. these new stadiums of glass and metal can't beat the grey concrete and pressurized air dome of the metrodome. it was truly a beautiful stadium with a unique atmosphere.

Never liked that place.the concourse was to small the seats where uncomfortable it was to in closed.good memories in that place like when the twins beat the Detroit tigers and they had the homecoming ,I was there and the 2 world series that's about it otherwise I'm glad that place is gone.i perfer target field over the metrodome.true fact they realized it was a mistake they built it in the first place.players hated playing there because they would lose the ball on pop ups because of the roof
