I am a bit older than you now (jus a lil bit😅), but was about your age when I ended up in the hospital almost too late. I know you don’t know me, but I been watching you and have grown to care about you, so please just go and get a colonoscopy. My “ache” in the same spot has not ever gone away, but is much better since I’m on the right treatment plan. You are so young and beautiful. Don’t let them put you off like that at the Dr’s. They do that to us you know…anxiety🙄 sorry for the essay, 😘♥️

You're not asking for advice I know, but when I had those tummy issues, back pain, stress, anxiety ect, It was connected to my liver and gut health....ACV(apple cider vinegar w/The Mother) mixed with a squeeze of lemon in hot water, first thing in the morning to detox the liver and stomach was the key to my healing.
