I am super excited about your move to the U.S. Only because this may mean I can purchase your sticker sets, and they will arrive sooner in California, where I live! 😃

You know, you can not win a race with your foot constantly pressing down on the gas pedal. Knowing when to push and let go is so difficult but key in everything you want to accomplish. Your feeling from wanting to do it all and then nothing is hence a normal and healthy reaction, not laziness. It is your mind craving for balance. And by balance I don't mean a state where you constantly feel good, but rather where you have the energy and capacity to handle all natural ups and downs. Normally I would suggest to accept where you are right now and then go from there. But acceptance in itself seems not possible to achieve when being in distress. So maybe start by (writing down) what in your bothers you the most in this very moment and what would bring relief- even if the solution is a step you are not ready to take right now, just by acknowledging it you will feel lighter, the mind less obscured by your distress. And then ask yourself where you can feel this distress in your body and try to release it through breathwork. I highly recommand Kris Carr's book: I'm not a mourning person and her youtube videos about journaling. Just by listening to her you will feel better. Wishing you all the best, Janette

It’s not easy to maintain that many planners 😅 I have 3 and I struggle to be honest. Cousin is my everything planner and the Hobo A6 is for gratitude and highlights and recently I got Common Planner in B6 just to try out the size and it turned out to be my for fun planner 😅

Congratulations!!! That is a huge accomplishment!! I love your planners and stickers and your handwriting lol. I just discovered your channel and feel inspired for my planners. Also, sounds exciting to be moving to the US! May I ask which state you are moving to?

It's wonderful to hear from you! I just want to say congratulations on all of your hard work. It must be a bit of a shock to the system to be going so hard and then suddenly have no deadlines or work to do. I hope you can find some peace during this transition period. Have you done any celebrating to close out your school/work journey? You deserve to celebrate! It's curious that you are learning Italian now that you are moving to the US...not that there aren't Italian speaking people here in the US, lol. It seems like a great time to learn something new, though, now that you are free from work and school. I wish you the best and look forward to your next video!

Thank you so much! I did celebrate a little, but I think I can't really give myself the credit mentally as I should, which is my real problem. I started learning Italian last year, just for fun. My English is pretty good already, so I feel like I won't have any problems in the US and so I wanted to learn a new to me language!

Hi, Rebeka! Congratulations on finishing school and your thesis. Can you share how you filled out the goals breakdown pages? 6:31 (I only saw a flash of it 😊) Are those clear stickers? It looks like a typewriter font, maybe??

I think she did a video on how she created those goals, if I remember correctly...but I'll let her answer, lol.

Thank you! I measured the size of the boxes on the goals page and recreated the grid in Photoshop, then wrote my goals in the boxes in typewriter font, printed the page out on sticker paper, cut out the individual goals and glued them in 😅 I am nothing if not unhinged when it comes to planner pages, haha!
