Hector Apolonio, been at my hub for a year, I've seen packages thrown across chutes by ops managers, people seriously mishandling 55" and 65" tv's, people that put sensitive electronic on the bottom. At mine we just have rollers so packages get WRECKED by slamming in to each other. FedEx doesn't update their technology cause they're fucking stupid.
Why are they allowed to send hazmats down over head? As if osha isn’t a call away. I’m trying to unionize or strike at this point because the unsafe work conditions.

Much easier and better pay for less work. Unless you're going UPS or DHL, Amazon will pay much more out the gate (FedEx Express takes 10 years to hit top rate, USPS takes 14 years)
