potato-1/2kg
Green chillies-4
Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Small onion-10
Garlic-10
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urad dhal -1 tsp
Coconut oin - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - few.
Salt - to taste
மிக்ஸியில் அரைத்த விழுதை மிக்ஸி ஜாரிலிருந்து எடுத்து கடாயில் போட்டீர்கள். ஜாரின் மூடீயில் ஒட்டீ இருந்ததை வழித்துப் போட்ட போது ...ஆஹா...மகிழ்ந்து போனேன். எதையும் அநாவசியமாக வீணாக்கக் கூடாதென்பதில் நீங்கள் மிக கவனமாக இருப்பதை நோட் பண்ணினேன். நன்றி மேடம்.
