Hi! I noticed you put these in the oven at 150. I just started using this Pebeo set today, and I caught myself before setting the oven to 150 -- note that the directions say 150C, which is about 300 degrees F (if you're in the US).
😝 THANK YOU for noticing! My mugs are still unchipped so it did cure even at the incorrect temperature. I will update the description to show the right temp.
Once again so stimulatingly beautiful... Thank you for teaching us just another way to be ever so creative. You are Amazing and I am so glad for it!!!💖💖💖
Hi Rachel! So happy to see you posting! I learned so much from you. Definitely going to do this for Christmas presents. Never stop making vids, please😁😊
Welcome back! I've missed your videos. I guess I missed one of your recent videos. Christina who I follow did a video regarding you new stencil set. I'm so glad she did. I have purchased many of your stencils. I will definitely get these too. I have asked a few time that you could use your old stencils in other videos for interesting design options. I'd appreciate that.
I use all the stencils all the time but I just do t record. Thanks so much for the suggestion. I have a hard time making videos as it takes so much time to edit. I have plans for some new tutorials coming soon 😊
I bought my Pebeo outliner but while using it, the flow of the paste was not smooth as the line kept breaking up. Can u please explain why and if you have any tips to avoid that from keep happening? TIA
I started the stencil at the handle knowing that I could draw under the handle without it. I only had to a small line to connect them so it wasn’t a big deal.
Hi Rachel! Can you tell me if those paints are translucent? It looks like maybe they are but hard to tell on a white mug. I’m looking for a good paint that is translucent for clear mugs. Thanks!! Love all your videos
@@TheDottingCenter really? So it becomes waterproof and can be food safe? Thank you so much i was really struggling because i couldn't find a glaze in my city shops.
@@TheDottingCenter what about if the mug is unglazed in the first place. Can i use pebeo paint as recommended 2 or 3 layers then let it dry then fire it. Will it be equivalent to a glazed mug.
It becomes waterproof yes, food safe, no. I would only paint the outside of a mug nowhere near the rim of the mug. Not good for plates that you eat on, only decorative. I wouldn’t trust any paint around food.
I hope this helps: the paints are translucent not transparent, for example glasses and windows are transparent but stained glass is translucent. Sorry to be that person but i figured as your doing tutorials which are lovely btw you may like to know 😀😜
this is so helpful! thanks for talking about the paints (how long you've got to work with them before they start drying) etc!. much appreciated!
Glad it was helpful!

Hi Theresa 😊 Thanks for your sweet comment! ❤️❤️❤️
Oooh I love this idea! The mugs turned out so pretty and it is different from more tradidtional dotting!
Thanks so much! 😊
Warm colors are great for fall! Hot coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea….☺️
Yes they are!

Wonderful! Have fun 🤩
I absolutely love this!!!
Great! Have fun 🤩
excellent work!! i have electric oven, kindly guide me, bake on lower road or both opr lower?
😢Hank You, this is a great tutorial.
Gorgeous mug! I do need to know how to clean the paintbrush because I don't want to ruin them. Thanks!
This paint is water soluble! You can just wash your brushes in water.
Awesome! I’m going to see if this paint can be used on polymer clay after three first curing.
I hope so! Have fun 🤩
I'd really appreciate seeing the stencils used to make a mandala.
We’ll do that for sure. Thank you 😊
I love this! Can you tell me, how did you manage with the stencil under the handle of the mug?
I started the stencil at the handle knowing that I could draw under the handle without it. I only had to a small line to connect them so it wasn’t a big deal.

Yes they are! Transparent. It’s like painting with thick watercolor. They’re mixable too.
@@TheDottingCenter thank you so much for the info! ❤️
Very cool! Can you please tell me how much of the tube of Pebeo Porcelaine 150 Outliner was used on this one mug?
I bought one tube and did 2 mugs with it and there’s 1/4 still left in the tube. You could probably get 2-3 mugs from one tube 👍
@@TheDottingCenter Thank you :)
What is the name of this colour and can I find this in delhi India or on Amazon
Pebeo Porcelaine paint 🎨
Good evening, the paint is running down the cup. Is there any trick to thicken the paint? thank you
I’m not aware of a way to thicken it. You could use thinner layers or use the gold outliner paint to contain the paint.
@@TheDottingCenter muchas gracias por tu respuesta
If i can't find a glaze can i paint the whole mug with pebeo porcelain 150 without a glaze?
You don’t need to glaze it afterwards. I was amazed that the paint actually adheres to a glazed mug rather than an unglazed mug. That paint works!

@@The.English.Cup.Center It will never be as strong as a fired ceramic glaze but it’s stronger than most multi surface paints I’ve used.

You’re probably right! Thank you for that. 😊🙏✨
