      I am an advanced crocheter and it is way too fast for me too. If you can perhaps show the first 2 rows at normal speed it would help a lot. I really like this pattern stitch.

      It was actually a baby yarn that came in small skeins of 25g =57,5 meters. It was 100% cotton and I used a 3.5 hook! hope it goes well! ❤️

      I'm sorry I don't know what mesmerized yarn is, but 5 ply seems to work with a 3.5mm hook! just make sure to have a little swatch piece to be measure how many stitches you need for your size! Good luck! 💕

    I'm now almost done with this top! But, I am struggling with the sleeves part 🥲. I've watched it like 10x now but I still not get it😭😭 huhu

      I'm so sorry, have you tried looking up how to make a sleeve in like a normal stitch maybe? I basically just decreased until I got a triangle shape that looked about the right size. I also had a paper pattern too- just to gauge the size and shape I needed to make the sleeve. hope it helps

      Whenever i decrease a row i decrease on each side, so the stitch pattern stays even.

    But I have trouble understanding the sleeves for ex at 7:02 « R11-13 » do we decrease once on each side at row 11 ?

      Thank you! And yes I decreased symmetrically on every row. My decrease method is questionable tho, do the decrease that you think works best!

      It was actually a baby yarn that came in small skeins of 25g =57,5 meters. It was 100% cotton and I used a 3.5 hook! I used at least 10 of those small skeins. Hope it helps 🩷

      7:03 how do I mesure the sleeve please.. how did you mesure the 35cm and 48cm.. I am bit bigger than you so I can’t take these measurements.. thank you ❤

      for the 35 I measured loosely around my upper arm, and the curved shape is measured where the sleeve connects to the bodice. maybe taking a shirt (not stretchy) that you like the fit of the sleeve of, and roughly measuring that, will give you a good idea if the measurements.@@amels716 hope it helps!

    Do I make a slip stitch on both the sides at 4:40? Or just on one side?

      I didnt do that, but if you want a smooth look you can end each row with a slip stitch. (not neccessary if you crochet around/sew it at this seam) Hope it helps!

      Make sure to create a little swatch like i did at 0:42 ans measure how many stitches are in a cm/inc and calculate how many st. You need for the with of the small blouse. Make sure its a multiple of 5 for the stitchpattern to line up. Hope it helps ❤

      Hi make sure to make a stitch sample as shown at 0:44 and from there you will be able to calculate how many stitches you will need. Just measure your body, or a shirt that you like the fit of. It all depends on what size yarn and hook you use. hope it helps!

      no no, I used at least 300g, the number in the beginning was the weight and length of one yarn ball. hope it helps!

      I made a small sample of the stitchpattern that i was going to use. And then calculated how many stitches i needed per cm/inch and then calculated how many stitches i needed total. But i always made sure it was a multiple of 5 cause thats what made the stitchpattern.

      I'd say I'm a S to M but it does depend on how thick your yarn is and how tight or loose you crochet. hope it helps ☺️
