The elites being infected and turning into moa's is just too perfectly hilarious. Its really interesting how much the reach elites love to melee every enemy they see, since its the flood whom excels at that very thing. Leave it to a general with a plasma launcher to kill himself in battle, although he did really good until that incident. This battle was very cool, and makes me wish we got to see the reach elites fight the flood in Halo CE or something.
I wanted the floods in reach at least in firefight like we had grunt apocalypse other firefight words like that Elite vs Spartans firefight or multiplayer mode Elite vs Spartans or play as them in multiplayer

@@torb-no The reach sword actually does more damage. It does the same damage irrespective whether it's a lunge or normal attack. The reach elites are indeed terrible with swords. The overall AI with other weapons is impressive though

It is pleasing to the eye during combat and it helps set such a good tone when the lighting is darker. Halo has always been aesthetic because it was uniquely “soft” despite being an action packed game. The music, the smooth scenery. You are supposed to be on a beautiful, perfect artificial super weapon planet designed by superior beings. I want to not understand the architecture. I want to be confused as to how such seemingly simple interiors could be so secretive and powerful. Bring back Halo CE artstyle!

Surprisingly enough both sides seemed pretty evenly matched. The elites struggle with basic weapons and oddly enough also the sword. But give them power weapons and their survivability increases. Again, concussion rifle blast radius is way too high and has no business being that strong, and the plasma launcher not requiring a charge allowed that one elite to get off way more shots than it would have been able to in Reach. So you might wanna tweak those.
I'd love to see halo 2 elites fighting these flood. Including 2 minors + 1 major, honor guards, rangers, a team of a ultras, minor + major + ultra, a ultra with a fuel rod gun, and a zealot with a sword
