In this video I'm telling about best Technics for Split AC Outdoor unit full Repairing Easily.
First you can “pull” the refrigerant back to the outdoor unit. This will require manifold gauges, proper hand tools (including wrench and Allan wrenches and or ratcheting Allan wrenches, other miss hand tools), and a knowledge of how the system operates. Close off the small line (usually referred to as the liquid line, discharge or high side) sometimes you have to have it open to start and close it off soon after you start. I would also have the suction valve (sometimes referred to as the gas side, low side, vapor return line valve) partially closed off to aid the process. Now you must have the mode selection on the thermostat on cool (you do not have to run it in cool mode but some technicians do) some jumper the unit to run, some use a properly insulated hand tool to push in the contractor or other live dangerously and push it in with their finger. Either way the aim is to run the compressor with the unit in cool mode until the manifold gauges indicate that there is “no more refrigerant left in the system”.
