I have bought a phone + shipment lately for 365$ in total. The seller did not tell me that i had to pay for tariff or i rather say tax. (Considering, this doesnt make any sense). I thought that tax was a part of order payment. The package arrived after getting told (by phone) that it was located and held by the customs. (Airport) I have got told if i want the package, i have to pay for 50$ shipment (REALLY) and 100$ tariff. Wait a minute. I have already paid for shipment that costs 45$, why do i have to pay for another one? What about this thing being called tariff? He did not inform me about that at all. When i asked him if i received my package, would i pay for something else, YES or NO? He did not give me straight answer, rather than vague comments continuously.
@@leo959 Yes. And guess what!! They have not refunded me yet after over 2 months, and aliexpress starts sending me messages saying that my situation is beyond buyer protection as if buyer protection exists there. There is no buyer protection, it is just placebo-made belief.

The only way to get a refund from Aliexpress is if the seller does not send the product. Other than that, there are no refunds. So, if you buy a product worth 100 dollars from the seller and the seller sends you a huge cucumber instead of the product worth 100 dollars, you will not receive payment. Because the seller has a tracking number. It doesn't matter what the seller sent, if the seller has a tracking number, your return request will be automatically closed and you will not be able to get a refund. What will make you feel worse than this is that you cannot even write a bad comment about this product anymore. Because your purchase will be closed. You just watch videos on RUclips to see what you can do. Just like I've done many times. It is impossible to reach Aliexpress. There is no way of communication. Just robots. And everything works the same way. Aliexpress and many of its sellers are a scam.
I have order expansive power station 50 days have passed but it is still on the way 10 days left to I can make Request a refund, after 10 days, Alibaba will close this opportunity for me what should I do? If somebody hade something similar issues, I appreciate if you could give me some advise
They want me to pay shipping for an item that was a scam and they say the seller will pay for the shipping how do I make sure he pays for it AliExpress isn’t helpful

Last night I had a courtesy refund without giving the item back 😌 It is pretty easy to get it.
