The danger is how the lights are set up in every walk way that has potential to create accidents. Every traffic should be looked at and put the federal agencies accountable for making " potential" accidents to happen.
Yup, Didn't really get it until I started driving. Drivers light and walk sign happen at same time 😢😢....Idk how that can be changed but changes need to be had

They were not next to the light they were crossing in the middle
I see that almost happen alot, the people in the car turning dont notice pedestrians in the walkway
Because both happen together. It's setup that way. Drivers should be made to make an additional stop while going around the crosswalk

Cross at the green, not in between look both ways, then make your way.
