When using a mill and precision drill bits, a 5/16" bit is too small for the nozzle and o-ring to fit in the hole. A Letter O bit works perfectly. A 5/16" bit works when using a drill press due to the bit wobbling and reaming the hole larger than the bit size.
Looks like the only thing holding it in place is the O-ring. How does it not fall out when assembled? Does it clamp down when the case is in place. Very cool mod Thanks
A drill press is the Least accurate way to do it. A milling machine would be the preferred way. You won’t be able to do it properly with a hand drill. Remember, that’s the main oil feed for the entire engine.
Awesome video. Great help for us do it ourselves folks. Salute sir
Can you tell from the outside looking at it if this has been done?

I have an 04 and there’s nothing to drill out it’s empty there
Link to nozzle?
Did you change the oil pump,I understand that the 07 oil pump is different for the purpose of the oiler.
I did not change the oil pump.
Clear concise instructions. Subbed
Do you have to use a drill press or can you possibly do this with a hand drill?

Could I send the parts out and pay for you to do the mod
It will be expensive to have me do it plus shipping two ways. Give it a try yourself. If you make a mistake the side covers are cheap to buy on eBay.
Thank you great video

Awesome video 💪💪
Thank you 🙌
I need this done to mine
Is this the only way? Can you bypass it or does an 07+ fit the same?
I don't know what the newer engines look like, I haven't had one apart yet. On the 04-06 its the only way I know to do it.
You could buy a newer case and put it on but they look the same as his finished product
Would you be interested in doing this mod for me I’ll mail you my case and of course pay you for your time
Hello Chris, I wouldn’t be able to get to it for a while. If your not in a rush email me at RCB garage @gmail.com
