why couldn't Stacey say the dad was another kid on the square the same age as Lily? at least give them that if you want to convince them there was no sexual abuse
I agree if Stacey was to tell the police and social who the father of lily is perhaps the Police and the social would let her stay with her but she’s not telling because she’s frightened incase all the kids find out it school.
@@Tad1945 I think Lily is more afraid of Jack's reaction and what Jack might do to Ricky. But Stacey needs to be the adult in this situation, she should never have made that promise to Lily. It is coming off as Stacey protecting an abuser rather than protecting another kid. the social workers might let it drop if they can confirm Lily has not been abused. Stacey saying I know who the dad is, I'm not telling you but it wasn't abuse- Stacey's words don't mean anything to these people who don't know them or the family and all they know is a 12 year old is pregnant
@@n.jboltz599 Yes true she’s gonna have to go back on her word in order to not get lily into care. Stacey was more concerned about the school knowing and Lilly’s friends.
Yeah, I know parents who actually let their teenage kids drink, justifying it by saying "at least they're not doing it behind our backs." It's unbelievable.
@@OneGaurdian it's *always* the parents that don't let their kids drink and teach them boundaries and how to responsibly drink alcohol that always sent their kids out at 18 with no idea where their tolerances lie. It's always the overly sheltered kids that get a tiny bit of freedom and go wild, vomiting, getting so drunk they're in a mess, really silly or dangerous situations. Having worked in many bars it's always the same and it's really sad to see as not all the young ones are like it, just the cotton wooled ones. I guarantee a teenager having a few drinks under a parents supervision is a million times better for them than some parent who pretends it doesn't exist then just leaves them to work it out alone, as an adult, and in potentially dangerous situation Ask anyone who's ever worked in a nightclub. And if any of you guys don't believe then watch the episodes after it was announced lily is pregnant observe freddies behaviour very carefully and you'll be getting suspicious too. 🤔
See thats the problem Stacey wants to be her friend instead of her mother...... how's that working for you Stacey? Take her away.... to a safe place with a decent mother that sets boundaries and limits..
@@inquisitivemisery.3661 Well ok, I now know more about the place you live. Parents in your area apparently 1) like their children to have sex and 2) don't talk to them about protected sex nor give them condoms on their 12 BD. Why? They genuinely care about the safety of a child? Lily isn’t doing much to help the situation at all, and Stacey isn’t doing Lily any favours by withholding key information for her.

Good acting by Lacey
In other words, they want to find out if the father is over 18
This is what happens when you act like more of a best friend to your child rather then a mother
True kids need discipline which is what the parents don’t bother to give them these days.

Wonder if the new writers remember that Whitney is Lily’s actual biological Aunt!
I don’t think it’s Freddie.

Not all of them are like that
