I live in the area of first story. I also camp and offroad often. Have unfortunately never seen anything other than deer, a cougar, and a black bear. 😂 I also used to know an older man who lived off grid. He died of a brain eating disease probably from water source contamination. He was so contagious, they couldn't do an autopsy.
geez i thought this is suppose to be rare, but this is like the third person I've heard die this way. supposedly some sort of brain eating amoeba. I've also been told someone got this using a neddy pot. pretty frightening as it can happen anywhere in the world
Every story is about people walking around the tents... watching people... scraping the tents... making weird noises... something large is always moving in the forest 😂😂😂

Hello again from North Carolina I am back 😂 I didn’t get to finish these stories earlier so now I’m starting over at 12:40 AM and now it’s two days after Christmas instead of one 😂
Why do people like camping? My kind of camping is a plushy hotel with room service. A frig with free drinks and snacks. And candy on my pillow. Slippers bathrobe towels washcloths soap shampoo Colonge or perfume body lotion. Sun tan lotion. Astringent garbage cans. Hair dryer heat lamp. Vibrating bed lots of blankets. Heat and a/c. Place to park my car. Oh and coffee tea cocoa pop orange juice. A pan to cook in. Wipes. Cotton balls. First aid kit. Iron. Big pillows. Telephone. Telephone book. And a colored TV. Now that’s camping. That’s my idea of roughing it. Ha! A telephone book is either yellow pages or white pages of this company They use to send them to every house. But they went broke. I miss them.
I like camping because it's peaceful. No bothersome people, no sirens, no loud exhaust from cars, just the sound of nature and the smell of the campfire and omg the sky at night is so full of stars when not in the city
Windigo or a Cryptid? Or a werewolf?! Not sure. Scary. I would buy a bigger gun or move out. That’s why I hate camping. Or hunting. Not too pleased with fishing either. All I need for company is a creature that smells like rotten meat and B. O. Big Foot. What ever you call it I’m gone!
How come the neurotoxin didn't kill the one telling the story that survived? He was exposed to it also when he pressed the button and killed it with neurotoxin
Plot twist....the government is behind all the scary goings on in the woods to send you back to the city so they can continue to track your every move😅 the cops never do anything at all😅

Lived and worked from a Ranger Station in the Primitive Wilderness Area. The soundless noise and the fresh air and water is what I miss most.
