Blaine auto shop demanding $30,000 or threatens to auction recovered car, woman says

A car, stolen in Chicago and recovered in Minnesota, was brought into Best Autobody in Blaine to be looked at. The car’s owner now says the shop is asking for $30,000 or her car will be sent to auction.
