thank you so much for this video, you were very comprehensive with your info! I appreciate the couple different sources to get the stuffing as well. :3
Yes! Loved every second of this video! Daiso used to have their mochi filling stocked pretty well every time I went, but I've noticed these past few months they're always out of stock in store. Anyways I'll definitely be using your tips when I work with minky plushie later today!
If you’re in a pinch and really need the Mochni stuffing you could buy one of the stuffed animals from daiso. As a bonus you might even be able to save some of the fabric for more projects But yeah I’ve noticed daiso only has stuffing in stock about 50% of the time. It depends on the store though
only one is from joann's and it's the peach pearl color. the other is from hopen textiles, #27. i'm not sure what's going on though, hopen took down their mochi minky listing a few days ago and it's not back :( i hope it's not permanent!!

@@Tunanunaa Thanks for the tip! Will be sure to use it if I ever get that desperate haha
Mochi minky is my favorite fabric type! ❤
yessss thank you so much!!! your tutorials are so great :" )
Glad you like them!
Hopen is selling mochi swatches again. Rewatching this vid for the third time, there's so much info, it takes me ages to process lol
yes i've heard they're much more friendly about selling the books now. it's good news!
Great video, solved my question, this kind of cloth is really difficult to sew, thank you very much
There exist white water soulable markers, they are not perfect and they need time to show but if your design are not complicated they may be handy
i'll have to look into them!
Amazing video!!!!
Thanks for all the useful info!
what colors did you get from joaans for both of these? :)

:O great video!
I hope you’re still checking comments, but have you ever tried to dye mochi minky? Do you think the Joann’s Ivory color will take well to it?
yes, i've dyed it before. i'm sure it would take fine. i have a video on dyeing minky if you search my channel.
