Dirt Miller...one of the most underrated artist of this century.
Ren is as well, and he is an independent artist front the UK who sent us all over to check him out. Don't be surprised when his numbers start blowing up! He recommended a channel that does reactions to variety songs because he knew we would love the young man, and his subscribers shit up by over 6,000 in less than a day. I've already seen some of his other fans in the comments! This is amazing 👏 👏

Reminds me of a time, back in the early 1990's, when I caught Roy Harper singing and playing guitar in a college coffee house, jamming to his own guitar loops recorded on the fly with a foot pedal. Dirt's music has that same kind of magic, though done with a hard-edged, bluesy Appalachian style.

This guy should be winning Grammys! I just hope he gets the widespread recognition he so fully deserves. Absolutely the best artist I’ve heard in years. He can’t stay under the radar for much longer. When you’re this good people will eventually find out.

Thanks for putting this up Jaromin Guitars. Watching Dirt play guitar it looks like he tunes down low and uses the capo, strings look really slack like a C- tuning. Would you have any info on that ? Just curious.
Good question! I've never asked him about his guitar tunings since I built his dulcimers, which are tuned DAD (though I suppose he could have detuned since I never asked). However seeing him live he definitely uses open tunings on at least one of his guitars, I can't say exactly what. I'll ask next time we speak, though you could post the question to his YT channel and see what he says! He's a super cool guy, as cool as he is talented.
