Gm. Sir, I belong from Azamgarh. I have 6 years experience in pharmaceutical company as Sr. Quality control officer. I like your motivation vedios 🙏🙏🙏🙏💐
Hello sir I am doing Ph. D organic chemistry antioxidants and antimicrobial activity natural product what technique should I learn for requirement in industry please guide me sir 🙏🙏
Your current focus should be on your PhD work and topic. Apart from that, keep acquiring updated knowledge, industry trends, technical advancement and keep keep refining your long term career plan. For example: new trends are flow chemistry, AI based reaction optimization, new biologics, peptides, DNA based drug etc.
Sometimes we don’t get next move on area we want or experience we have. I wonder since, cancer research is no less trending than pharmaceutical chemistry but, still you choose or found move in pharmaceutical chemistry. You could have saved seven years of experience by working on cancer research.
That is very true! i could have saved working in Cancer research. it is demanding but it depends on what you are doing in cancer research, its a broad field. Also I ended up in cancer research by not having clear goal.
@ Thank you for the reply. Sharing your personal journey is really helpful. Science career journey is not easy and having even clear goals sometimes doesn’t take you what we aim for. More we advance in our career lesser alternative options left specially after PhD and long postdocs. Dealing with similar situations and your story resonates. Thanks
Santosh ji is there any post doc you've heard for PhD botany background in US, as I have only seen biotech and mol bio PhD graduates going to US to pursue post doc. Do you personally know anyone doing post doc in plant sciences background of no molecular work involved?
