@TechOut bro, check the battery icon proportion on the status bar. That's just one of the major problems. Some users are also complaining that they are not able to see all the apps they used to see on the live notifications. I am doing a hard rest to see if it resolved the stutter issues.

Samsung should add better depth and blur effects, and better animation details
