My tuning is B D# G# C# (lowest to highest).
You don't need the lowest B for this song actually or at least it would make much more sense to have the lowest string to be tuned half-step down too (A#.) I did it with B just to have an open low note in the choruses for the drama.

How do you get your right hand to pick so fast?
I played a lot of Opeth songs in past, had to learn 3-finger technique for endurance. And apparently when you start to play with 3 fingers - your 2-finger technique also improves in terms of speed. Still I'm not even close to Olivier Pinard
