    Smith flat press: 6-8, 10-12
    Dip: 8-10, 10-12
    Machine lateral: 8-10, 10-12, 10-12
    Tricep pushdown: 8-10, 10-12
    Cable Lateral: 8-10, 12-15, 12-15
    Over tricep extension: 8-10, 10-12
