My cheesy line about optimal is simply - The most optimal workout is the one that you actually do rather than the workout you just talk about. The kind of people who would go on about fasted cardio would do so while tucking into a KFC, having not looked at a treadmill in years!

These videos your doing are great coz I get lads at work saying they've joined the gym but stick to using cables or lat pull-down or just do curls with dumbbells simply coz they don't know what most of the machines are for or how to use them. These videos will help loads of new gym users. 👍💪

So par example if i do 4 or 5 exercise for chest i do with Same way like 1top set and 1 back off in each exercise is that Enough to Stimulate muscle i a growth or we need more of back off set
So a top set and back off set is just one strategy to use for training and is not an absolute must. To stimulate muscle growth will depend on your intensity and food. You could do a top set and back off set and build no muscle if your intensity is not enough. For me a top set and back off set is all I need and also adding in an extra set when I plateau. Give this strategy a go but do it for atleast 12-16 weeks. Make sure you train to absolute failure and your eating enough

I’m doing a mini cut rn & I have salmon, fits in with my macros. Also Aldi do a plain protein yoghurt that I’ve replaced Greek yoghurt with, not sure about calories but it’s low in fat & has a lot of protein, easy way to get it in. Instead of pasta or rice you could do zucchini or konjac noodles or something
